Excellent service from start to finish. I had an emergency-type situation with a water line that was leaking in my home. Santa Cruz Plumbing was very professional and efficient in fixing the leak within hours of my call. Their prices were more reasonable as well. I highly recommend their services.

They were able to see me the day after I called for an appointment (vs. 1 week later from their competition) when my sink was leaking. Unfortunately they were not able to fix the existing faucet but were willing to stick around while I purchased a new one and replaced it. Even helped fix my dishwasher that had lost a screw. Reasonable cost for services. Only complaint was the tech showed up 30mins before the appt and seemed mad I wasn’t yet available, but was pleasant once the appt started. Would use them again.

I have been a Santa Cruz Plumbing customer for over a decade. Nothing but good experiences. Skilled plumbers, courteous/helpful office staff, timely responses (for both urgent and non-urgent issues). I can and do recommend them highly.

Great business! Receptionist was very courteous and helpful. They were able to send someone out first thing the next morning (after a long weekend!) She gave me a quote over the phone and they charged me exactly what the quote was. The serviceman, Scottie, was prompt, very efficient and cleaned up when he was done! The service call was for a clogged bathtub drain. I am fairly new to the area, this was the first time I had to call a plumber, and, by the luck of the draw, I called Santa Cruz Plumbing, Inc, and will call them in the future next time I need a plumber!

I can't say enough about this company. I know Jason and Kamala, and they are such wonderful people. I had a minor emergency recently, which threatened to seriously mess up my house and the project that I was in the middle of. SC Plumbing was able to send someone out so quickly and took care of the problem like it was nothing. I was so so grateful to not have to spend a fortune and have my mind at ease. Thank you so much SC plumbing!!! It is truly a great thing to know you have good people you can call when you need help maintaining your home.

My whole house was backed up, and the sewer clean out is not in the nicest location, but Scotty was great and got us back up and flushing!

I can only chime in with 5 stars because SC Plumbing is the best! Fast, reliable, skilled, great office support. Got a real kick seeing Tim's big smile as he climbed out of the crawl space after he completed fixing the kitchen pipe and installing a clean out drain. Great positive energy!

I called Santa Cruz plumbing with an emergency hot water heater break that flooded our downstairs. Of the 3 plumbing companies I called they actually answered the phone with a live person and came out immediately. Chris came out and replaced the hot water heater, added a pan and drainage to the outside so this would never happen again. Chris was super efficient, articulate, and bright.He knew exactly how to get the job done the right way.

Last week I had a plumbing company out for a leaky bath faucet. They told me they would have to take out part of the wall to fix it. I was having company coming that weekend and really didn't feel comfortable so i had them put everything back like it was and continued collecting buckets of water while my company was here. Over the weekend I phoned Shoshana at Santa Cruz Plumbing who was able to reassure me that they would be sending their "best and brightest" out on Monday. Well she spoke the truth. After examining my situation A.J. was able to pull out and replace my cartridge within the hour.
It is great to use a local company that you can trust andI would recommend them highly.

Prompt service and very very helpful. We had a water leakage on a weekend and didn't know what was causing the leakage. Called Jason and his team came and found the cause of the leakage and fixed it.Highly recommend Santa Cruz Plumbing Inc.

Chris is the best guy ever! Came out on an emergency call for me and took care of my sewer problem with a smile and I cannot tell you how good that made me feel. I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and everyone. I will never call anyone else!

I will definitely call Santa Cruz Plumbing again and hope that Corey is the one who shows up. He was very nice, friendly and explained everything very clearly. I thought I needed a simple drain snake, but Corey quickly found out the problem was larger. I was a bit freaked out, but he calmed me down with a simple answer to my question of "can it be fixed?" He simply said "yes". He and his helper (I'm sorry I can't remember his name) came back when they said they would and took care of business. Everything works great now and I'm stoked. Santa Cruz plumbing ROCKS!!! Jason showed up when he said he would, promptly followed up with a great estimate (actually recommended a smaller less expensive on demand water heater), Shoshonna rearranged schedules because no hot water is a problem and AJ the plumber was professional and a wizard at soldering. Great price and service. They are my go to plumbers!
