The Flats at Cityline Apartments

Just wanted to give a review of the swift yoga led by Lata that The Flats offers to residents for free. Love waking up every Saturday morning to these sessions. Yoga is a lot more difficult than I thought it would be, but I like the challenge and feel rejuvenated by it. Not to mention we have a good group of regulars that are continuously improving thanks to the guidance of Lata. Hope the complex keeps the sessions around to encourage me to keep living here.

Lived in the flats 3 years ago and it was great. Great noise insulation, couldn't hear neighbors at all, had loud parties and no complaints. Location great, right next to the caltrain, Target. Not there anymore to save some money, as it's real pricey without roommates.

I stayed here for a year and in general I'm satisfied with this apartment. The management people are always friendly and willing to help. Just one thing to notice: don't leave your bike in the underground garage cuz it can get stolen even if the garage is gated (which is common in Bay Area).

We just renewed our lease at The Flats Cityline in Sunnyvale because we love EVERYTHING about this community! Molly and the office team really care about their residents, buildings, facilities and overall Flats experience. Neighbors are friendly and respectful; common areas are clean and impeccably maintained. Living so close to Target, Whole Foods, Caltrain, historic Murphy Ave, Sunday farmer's market, restaurants+cafes galore and the beautiful new AMC movie theater is beyond convenient. Our family is excited to watch Downtown Sunnyvale take shape and hope to still be living at The Flats when the ultimate vision is finally complete. Thank you Molly and entire leasing/maintenance team -- you are the very BEST and we love it here!!

Rana from Maintenance was able to fix our malfunctioning laundry machine and was able to help us with other questions we had. He was amazing. Would recommend 10/10. 5 ⭐

We toured here looking for a 2 bedroom and Michael and his team are awesome! Friendly, helpful, didn't rush us and gave us loads of information about the community and surrounding area. I've looked at a lot of apartments between Sunnyvale and Cupertino and Cityline definitely tips the scale. The area has loads of shops, exercise spots and is walking distance to Caltrain which is great for anyone commuting along the Peninsula. If you are looking for a modern apartment with spacious floor plans and the convenience of walking to a coffee shop, a park for the kids or just wondering around in Target (which I frequently do) this is a great choice!

Responsible and responsive maintenance team. Replaced dishwasher in a day and cleaned windows very well.

Beautiful building right in the heart of the city. So many great shops and restaurants nearby. Finishes are sleek, high end and modern. Highly recommend!
