Great store. Authentic Mexican food selections, great produce, bakery, deli, meat department, well priced, clean facility and timely service.

I like this supermarket, not only because I find a lot of latin stuff, but they have the best corn bread. It's made of real corn, not corn powder. You can feel the kernels. This supermarket is really far from my home but I try to go when I have a chance! The mexican food there is also delicious! The prices there for groceries are fair.

Best meat, so fresh. And they have good deals on different things all the time. The cashiers though, forget about customer service and gossip amongst them and ignore their customers. Meat service is always great. But the deals are worth coming here.

I believe the quality of meats is good not the greatest but enough for me to buy here. Wife goes to Chavez. That's great quality. But more pricy. For the rest I havnt found much of an issue. This is My go to store. My only issue with the store itself in the meat section. When it gets crowded since there is no line nor grab a #, they loose track of who arrived 1st and since this world is filled with so many honest people (joke) people just say their next. And they get cut. Aside from that. Long lines every now and then or product ran out. I still recommend this this 100%%%.

This is a great place to shop. A modest, well maintained supermarket that's run by a friendly and helpful staff. They carry absolutely everything you'd need from any average store, but also many imported items you won't find anywhere else. Incredibly, all of them are offered at very reasonable prices.
I'm thankful to have Cardena's Market in my neighborhood.

This Cardenas is not rude to whites. I’m not sure what some of these reviewers are doing to rub the employees or patrons the wrong way but every time I’ve been here everyone has been friendly. Smile and be polite and you will get that in return. Not hard to comprehend...

Hysteria aside, this grocery store has a plethora of marinated meats including AWESOME Al Pastor.

I'm a bit confused that several reviews are saying it's the same ownership as Mi Pueblo, if that's the case, MiPueblo should make some changes because the Cardenas I went into only because I happen to be passing by, had wonderful staff, very nice, the place was very clean and everything looked delicious and the prices seemed on point. I only got a drink from the tubs at the food counter, got cucumber, which was very refreshing, would get again and others which I tasted.
Will go back here over Mi Pueblo any day, nicer and cleaner!

Very good selection of Mexican and central/South American food and spices.There is a takeout area where you can get prepared food to go.There is good carne (meat) that they prepare fresh every day.Courteous staff as well.👍

I noticed no difference now that it's no longer Mi Pueblo. Prices on meat and produce is really good. Things in the middle isles are more expensive than Safeway or Walmart. It's small, not big and posh and the lines aren't that long. Last week had a full cart and spent about $100! Bargain!!!
