I've been a long time customer at Hans mechanics and do regular checks here. They offer decent service that gets the job done with fair and reasonable pricing. Highly recommended.

Very accommodating: My relative has to drive to LA early morning and he prioritized our service.
Professional: Nice person!
Knowledgeable : it took very short time to replace oil filter that was stuck.
Reasonable price: Paid $40 just for oil filter replacement.
Extras: He added some free soap for windshield wiper.

Han is so kind in how he communicates. He took my car in last minute when every other repair shop was closed January 2nd and had it fixed in about 3 hours. He charged me very little for the repair. He was quick, honest, and helpful…everything you would want in a mechanic.

Han and his staff are great mechanics his prices are great you can't ask for better pricing. My son bought a use Dodge 07 year and Han kept me continuously updated on the work status due to Covid-19 it was nearly impossible to get the parts it required but Han was able to get parts from out of state so a bit of delay but over all a great job my sons car run good. Han also serviced my older van which I keep for my two dogs and no problems till this day with his work. My other son takes his car to Han shop as while always receives great service my son is the one who took me and my other son to Hans shop and we wouldn't go any where else Han shop is the only place we trust with are vehicles. If you get voice mail Han calls you back with in minutes or if you text his he calls you back.

I can't thank Han enough for making us feel like we were in the best hands. Even staff was the friendliest. We broke down off the Interstate and he was able to help us. We were 2,000 miles from home. We have a new friend who we hope to return the favor to. He made a very stressful and tough situation into something manageable and less stressful.

Hans is a great guy. He is too busy but spent time with me to find cheaper alternative. He is an honest guy and a very busy too. I am very happy that I trusted other reviewers on Google an Yelp. He is knowledagble, hard worker and a great human.

I drove up from Los Angeles to Santa Clara to see the 49er vs. Dallas game(10/2/2016). When we went out to get dinner that Saturday night my engine started shaking and would barely stay idling, there was no way it would make it back to the hotel, let alone back to LA after the game. AAA towed us back to the hotel and we looked up mechanics that would be open on Sunday, there are very few of them and the ones that are open on Sundays have very short hours. I thought there was no way we would be able to get it fixed in time to drive home after the game so we could get to work on Monday morning. The next morning we started calling places that were supposed to be open and were getting answering machines and disconnect notices. I was losing hope. I called Han's auto and got their machine, but a minute later he called me back. I was certain I couldn't see the whole game and make it to any shop before they closed, but Han said he would make arrangements for me to pick it up after the game. I was also not optimistic about being treated fairly by a mechanic I didn't know, hundreds of miles away from home. I figured they had me over a barrel, but they did the work and I looked up the prices for the parts on the web afterwards and saw that Han was very fair and reasonable. Han's saved the day for us, and we made it home on schedule, and my car is running perfectly. Now if he could have only helped the Niners win that day...
I never write reviews, but if you are in Santa Clara, and you don't know which mechanic you can trust, I want you to know this shop really came through for me. Thank you Han's Auto Shop.
