Pascha Rose helped my ex and I through a lengthy and complex mediation process. She was very present the entire time, responding promptly and explaining the process in great detail, every step of the way. She is very professional, has a great deal of experience, is a very good listener, is empathetic and very fair. I highly recommend Pascha for anyone looking to mediate.

I've been fortunate to use Pascha's services for post divorce mediation and custody/ child support agreements. Pascha was incredibly professional, knowledgable and kind. She made a horrendous and painful situation (divorce) tolerable and much less scary. I was terrified going into the first day of mediation, and she laid out the process in a way that gave me peace of mind and knowledge about what to expect. She made me feel like she was on my side... and I suspect my ex felt the same. I think I've heard that mediation leaves everyone feeling unsatisfied.... which is a tough gig for a mediator. Do I feel like I "won"? No, but I don't feel like I lost either. Mission accomplished and Bravo to Pascha Rose!

I cannot offer high enough praise or make a stronger recommendation for Ms. Rose. Anyone would be very had pressed to find a more experienced, professional, capable mediator than Ms. Rose (Stevens). Very few people have the skill set she has which enables her to manage tense negotiations, very strong feelings in the room, often harsh words between husband and wife, and client's time management issues. She effortlessly handles very difficult conversations and challenging personalities, always keeping the process moving toward resolution. In addition to her ability to handle very difficult people and situations, her meticulous attention to detail, off-the-chart organizational skills, knowledge and understanding of the law, and her extensive mediation experience all combine to make her clients know immediately they are in very capable hands as they face a tough, emotional ordeal. She was patient, understanding, and kind even under the most stressful conditions in our sessions. I found her to be fair, straightforward, and honest. She never gave up on reaching a settlement and succeeded in keeping us out of court be carefully and gently guiding us along. Ms. Rose was always respectful, upbeat and offered options, suggestions and remedies to find areas of agreement - no obstacle that presented itself was too difficult for her to manage. I hope you don't, but if you need a professional mediator/attorney, you absolutely can not do better than Ms. Rose. Good luck!

16 years ago, I entered into a difficult divorce--an extremely scary experience. The divorce involved not only myself but two very small children as well. My divorce has taken almost 3 years. We started out trying to mediate through Pascha Stevens. I walked out of mediation when Pascha was negotiating me signing over the house with zero equity being returned to me. I paid substantially less for my attorney than Pascha’s service and received way more in court than the “deal” that Pascha was proposing. I won roughly 4 times more in court than Pascha’s proposal after my attorneys costs. If you are getting a divorce save the time, effort and money and hire a good divorce attorney.
