Ashley is extremely knowledgeable, curious and articulate. I strained my shoulder lifting a heavy suitcase. It hurt for many months before I finally found Ashley and I'm thankful I did. She has a great personality for PT...she asks many questions to ensure she understands the exact issue, she is very knowledgeable about the body (and how different parts interact) and is extremely articulate is explaining the movements and exercises. Ashley has deep understanding about oral motor therapy and sleep disorders. She's very organized and at the end of each session she sends me a clear, detailed list of daily exercises with clever names for the exercise. She's also extremely nice and conversation flows easily, I really enjoy my sessions. I highly recommend Ashley!

Ashley is absolutely amazing - I cannot recommend her highly enough! I came to her with persistent upper back pain I had been trying to resolve for years. Within just two appointments, I was already seeing major improvements in both pain and function and it just kept getting better from there! As a physical therapist myself, I'm very picky about who I go to for help. Last year I had an overtraining injury in my hip and could barely walk. I immediately sought support from Ashley, who thoughtfully assessed my entire body alignment from head to toe, provided detailed exercise handouts and instructions, and then adjusted those exercises as I improved. I was back to cycling and ultrarunning in no time. Ashley is an empathetic and no nonsense practitioner who challenges both her clients and herself to be better. (Furthermore, scheduling appointments and payments was extremely easy.)

After seeing 6 or 7 different Physical Therapists, Ashley was the only one who could finally figure out my postural issues and come up with a plan to solve them. I've been seeing her for a few months and it's amazing to feel the progress week after week. She takes a different approach and looks deeper than usual PTs; things like ribcage, breathing, tongue... Compared to other PTs I've seen, sessions with Ashley last twice as long (or even longer if she has spare time), which makes it so I don't feel rushed. I'm also learning things about my body that I'm sure will be beneficial for the rest of my life. I can't recommend enough.
