Great service, great boots. My first pair of black Iron Rangers still look new after a year of wearing them every other day. Got a pair of dark brown Blacksmiths to alternate with them. The leather is excellent, but takes a bit to break in. Well worth it... They just get more and more comfortable over time.

I've been counting on Red Wing Santa Cruz for almost 15 years, for all my professional foot wear.

The salesman, Seth, was excellent. 100% he's a model employee and person. I came in 15 minutes away from closing time and I described what I was hoping to buy and he found me the right shoe in less than 5 minutes. I tried on 3 sizes and was out the door by 6:03. Seth was courteous and genial, and didn't mind being kept a little late. He even forwarded the work shoe voucher recipet to my employers at San Jose before I knew it was done. Quick, efficient, friendly... knowledgeable. Seth is highly promotable.

A very nice shoe shop, if you are looking for work shoes/boots. They have a wide selection of high quality boots. Covering a wide range non-standard sized feet.
The salesman was very friendly, helpful, and armed with an array of electronic devices to measure your feet. He had an inventory of many shoes to fit many feet, unfortunately none to fit mine. So the correct shoe is on order and I'll return in a couple of weeks.

I was dissapointed that model #1159 has been discontinued. I was looking forward to buying another pair of the 1159's.

Best quality of shoes at very low price, I am very much satisfied on the durability of the shoe.

I didn't require any fitting or special treatment but the guy was really busy when I was in there and he still managed to find and bring me the boots I ultimately bought.he did stop to ask me a couple of pointed questions about them before I put my money down, which I appreciated. It's fairly clear to me these people are professionals at footwear. I am one hundred percent satisfied with my boots and my experience in purchasing them.

Staff here is outstanding. I was helped by 2 employees at different times. I forgot the first guys name but he was great. Helped me pick out the perfect boot for me. I came back once my size was in stock and was helped by Corey. Cool dude and very helpful. Wore the boots today at work and couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this store as well as the taqueria a few doors down.

The staff is incredible Nick knew exactly what kind of boot I needed I didn't feel pushed to buy the most expensive boot he gave me all the options and benefits of each. I walked away with some amazing Irish Settlers. And what was great is that he warned me that they have tight spots so I was able.to take them in for a good nice stretch before wearing them .

I needed work boots and had some basic ideas in mind. Another customer made some suggestions as well as the employee that helped me. I knew that I was going to be spending money on quality boots, another selling point they have is their warranties. I was upgraded to a better boot because they didn't have the one I wanted in my size. I will be going back there for all my future work shoe/boot needs.
Also, ever heard of or seen a tennis shoe that's a steel toe? I didn't, but I do now!

I had an issue with a pair of boots that I purchased early. When I asked for assistance I was meet with friendly and professional service . My needs were meet and I walk out of the store with a very satisfying experience. If you do not own a pair of Red Wings shoes your missing out on a quality product.

These guys are great. Amazing service and the staff is ridiculously knowledgeable and helpful. I've bought 3 pairs of boots in about 10 years and always appreciate the time and help the staff provided.

Trevor and Steve are really good dudes. Very helpful and making my wife and I very welcome to the area because we are out of towners. Highly recommend to visit this store in need of work or leisure boots and or just to visit because of the knowledge they have in business or nightlife. This store has been my go to shop for work boots for years, always friendly staff. They always take the time to make sure the fit is right and if not they will ship in whatever size or style you want to try, free of charge with no obligation to purchase, which is awesome.

It's always nice to have my purchase history on file. I can call in to make sure my needs are in stock or go ahead and get it ordered for me.

Trevor and his crew are very knowledgeable about there product and never feel to pushy to put a product on you . They ask what you’re looking for , measure your foot and make sure you get the proper boot and size for the job. 5 stars all day !!!

These guys are awesome! I've had my boots re-soled here twice and they did an excellent job. I bought two or three pairs of boots from this place and they last for so long.
