I have been using PostalAnnex for the last several years! The ladies are always smiling and very helpful! Knowledgeable about the many services and products they have. I have used a few other PO Box outlets and this is by far the best. Reasonable pricing and package receiving capabilities. My work requires a reliable location for materials to be delivered to. This is just that place! I have recommended others to use their services and will continue to do so!!

Postal Annex is an absolute treasure. I use them for all of my professional shipping and have never once had an issue or any kind. All of my friends who use their services have had the same experience with this business!

They are super nice at this place and will always help you find whatever you need. Way better than the USPS Post Office (although you will pay a slight premium). Definitely recommend.

In regards to the store, it was clean, everything looked organized, and customers were in and out very quickly. There was never a line, and packages were handled with care. The prices are very worth it, especially in comparison to UPS and Fedex stores, and just like those stores, they sell boxes, packaging items, as well as quite a few trinkets. This place is fantastic, and I will be going here for all of my postal needs from now on.

The ONLY reason I got on to write this review, though, was because of the experience that I had there. The staff here is outstanding. Deedee and Trinity were there to assist me when I had to fax quite a lot of things out, and they not only did it, but they were absolutely amazing talking keeping my 4 year old entertained while everything was faxed out. Their professionalism and dedication to customer service should be applauded. They also quickly handled other customers' needs while my things were being processed. If you're the GM and happen to be reading this, please give these two a raise. Every customer I saw that came in knew the ladies there, and the store clearly maintains a great customer base because of them.

I run a law firm and this postal annex has been a vital partner to my business. I receive a ton of government mail and in three years of working with the annex, I have never had any issues receiving mail. I also use Fedex heavily and they are so great at supporting me with FedEx. Trinity and team are highly organized, conscientious, flexible, and caring.

Even though I moved further north, I have chosen to remain with this annex because they have been so dependable. I can’t imagine getting better service elsewhere.

Staff there is super friendly and helpful. Got a notary, scanning and some mail supplies there, all for very reasonable price. Will def go again!

Checked out this PA out of curiosity while i was in the neighborhood. Place was very clean and organized. Interestingly, it resembled a little boutique to me with all the neat souvenirs and gadgets they have displayed. I wasn't buying anything, but i watched some transactions of other paying customers there. The manager was very courteous and friendly. She was attentive and accommodating to the patrons' needs, simplifying the process to make it easy and quick for the customers. The pricing i assume would be about the same as anywhere else, but the quality of service is definitely great to deserve my rating.

I love shipping from here. The personnel are friendly and helpful. They don't rush you if you don't have all your stuff together. Once you ship with them, they will always have your address on file to quickly build a new shipping label. All my packages got to their destinations.

We really appreciate how Trinity makes all things shipping so easy! The service alone is five stars, and addition it is great to be able to send and receive from all carriers in one spot. The other services offered, such as notary services, are really convenient and helpful as well! This is definitely a local gem, thank you for all your help!!

I had a 5-star customer service experience at Postal Annex. I went in to get a passport photo and the helpful employees offered tips about how best to submit my passport renewal application, quickly and expertly took my photo and prepared an envelope for mailing for me. I highly recommend Post Annex!

Super useful place as a small business owner. We have a PO box there, can send professional mail with our company name, notarize documents. Staff is very efficient and kind, prices are low

Great location for shipping, mailbox, or other services. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the store is well kept (clean, organized). I would feel safe with receiving mail and packages here. Better than some other PostalAnnex I've been to.

This shop really has notary service for $15! The staff is very efficient and kind. $5 for regular shipping there.

Great for Indian passport application. They took care of photograph, notary, UPS, organizing and paper clipping the docs along with tips on getting it right.

Came here to drop off 3 packages without tape & they tapped em up without charge.
