Tom's Depot

I'm torn about submitting this review because Tom's Depot is probably the best diner in the area...but I don't want a gazillion people showing up there to mess up the wonderfully relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

But, I confess that you should go try it once before you move to Texas...j/k...

The Reuben is especially delicious!

The food always tastes fresh. We are breakfast regulars here and like the quick service and great staff.

Wonderful people work here, the customer service is always amazing. The cuisine is a mix. Our breakfast consisted of pancakes with bacon and fresh fruit, a sausage and vegetable omelet, bowl of oatmeal with raising and brown sugar, and a brown curry based omelet. It was all fantastic. The Mexican food has mostly been eliminated from the menu.

What a truly nice old school place. I had the corned beef hash breakfast. I ordered it without mushrooms and the waitress brought it out with mushrooms, immediately noticed and made a new one for me. Such wonderful service. The apple pancakes were delicious, not too sweet and perfect with the cinnamon sugar on top. My friend had the linguica sausage and it was soooo good. Not too spicy, full of flavor and nicely crisped. The hash browns could have been a little crunchier, but I would give them another try. It looks like they usually are perfectly cooked based on other reviews. Topped it off with some ice cream. Nothing special, just old school chocolate and strawberry. Really delicious. Highly recommend if diner food is your thing

Old world charm and amazing breakfast with great coffee. Interesting train theme on the wall, looks like a portal to another time in history, relaxed, unhurried and reassuring. Careful the clock is painted too! Good service. Best place for an all American breakfast.

Omelette was moist and nice texture. Especially shrimp was plump. I like it.

Had breakfast. Food was good portions, cooked appropriately, served hot and as ordered. Server was very attentive. I'll skip the coffee next time (had to drown it with cream to make it drinkable). We eat gluten free and they did have gf toast and it was very good!

OMG! BIGGEST CHILI DOG I HAVE EVER HAD! GREAT PRICING AS WELL! THEY ALSO HAVE MARIANNE'S ICE CREAM!!!

There's nothing better than going to Tom's on a Saturday morning for a cup of coffee and conversations with the spectacular staff! Incredibly attentive, especially with refilling coffee cups! And the food is always delicious. I'm partial to the omelettes but this place makes amazing pancakes...with real fruit cooked inside! Not that gross syrupy stuff you find at chain diners. If you want a local, family friendly (and dogs allowed on patio) place with good food and good people, then you need to stop by here! Thumbs up if you like my review please and thank you.

I ordered the Spinach artichoke omelet and coffee! The coffee was delicious, strong not bitter! The Spinach artichoke omelette is unique and delicious! English muffin was toasted perfectly. I did not care for the Hashbrowns, but that was my fault. I should’ve ordered them extra crispy. There were only 2 servers but the service was excellent. They were attentive and sweet. I would definitely come back. Food was speedy. I think it took about 10 minutes & the place was full, inside & out.

I love Tom's! It will always be my favorite local spot for breakfast. Maria is literally the sweetest and always remembers us. It's been great during the pandemic too, to be able to call and pick-up their great food!

Terrific old school diner with train theme. Blackberry pancakes were great. My wife enjoyed her #1 two eggs over easy with extra crispy bacon and hash browns. Friendly service

I always like to try local restaurants and diners. This place exceed my expectations.
I tried there morning veggies omelette and chocolate pancakes. The omelette was amazing and pancakes quite literally melt in your mouth.

I would definitely recommend this for breakfast.

This is the most wonderful place in the world. Places like this just don’t exist any more around here, so it’s even more special. Fabulous fresh food, lively and courteous service - the perfect place to linger and sip coffee. Reminds me of being a kid and going to a diner.

This is "our local" breakfast place! Usually busy, but not too long wait times. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Service and food are excellent! Find your own place... ;-)

Great food, very courteous service as well! The restaurant was unfortunately understaffed and the waiters apologized and still provided excellent service. Would happily come back anytime, the hard work is very much appreciated!

If you want a solid breakfast this is the spot. Everything is on point and what I want out of a nice breakfast place. Down to earth and charming, with a mix of character and quality. Eaten here several times, doubtlessly will eat here more.

My sister suggested Tom's for breakfast! The food portions are good, served hot, along with a good coffee. Service is EXCELLENT! Do try this local place... they only serve breakfast and lunch! Plenty of parking.
