I'm really glad I stopped by. A classic community bookstore, which are getting harder to find these days. They have a very good selection of used books of many genres and a cool trade-in policy for store credit. Their book prices are very good! I am somewhat of a bookstore connoisseur, since it was my first job, and I will be happy to continue coming here as my first choice place to find books! Staff makes you feel very welcome!

My husband the Bibliophile was SO impressed by the size and quality of the collection at Bounty Books..you could go in everyday for a month to explore all areas..Heidi, the proprietress is helpful, knowledgeable and interesting. We really enjoyed our shopping at Bounty Books..we shall return!

Friendly atmosphere with a large selection of all kinds of books as well as some thoughtful boutique items. Well organized with helpful staff. One of the BEST used book store.

Awesome selection of new and used books. Staff was super friendly and helpful. My favorite section was their selection of classics. After leaving with nearly a dozen books I will certainly be back!

They are very reasonably priced; even less than the thrift stores on many books. I take books there and get a store credit, which gives a discount on the price of book purchases. If they wont accept my books then they donate them to the library. Win- win situation for me. Got a new book recently and still lower than the big box stores. This is a mom/pop store, supporting our local community. Great selection. Friendly customer service. Knowledgable staff.

I love them. They gave hundreds and hundreds of books. They gave a system, when you buy books and bring them back in the same condition you bought them in, they give you store credit on future purchases!

This book 📖 store has used books 📚. It is very clean. If you are looking for old novels, love books, cook books, or variety of other books. It's almost like going into a library 🤔. The staff are very friendly, courteous, professional. I basically went inside store because a friend from Travis Air Force Base informed me of this place. Very happy to have a place like this in Vacaville Community. As they say, knowledge is powerful 🙂 Keep up the very good work. Hope to visit again soon.

So thankful to have this little used bookstore in town. In the age of Amazon when independent bookstores are becoming relics it's nice to still have a place where I can smell that wonderful smell of used books.
We brought our kids here many a time when they were young ones after enjoying dinner next door. Great memories.

This place is magical! The lady working was present, interested and very accommodating. Although her lunch had just arrived, she selflessly assisted us in our search for a particular paperback. Always a pleasure folks.

Secondhand bookstores are a treasure and this store is no exception. Mysteries, cookbooks, self-help, take your pick because this store has it all. You can even special order if (not likely) the book you want isn't there. The clerks are nice and this is a literary diamond in the tough.

My favorite book store, I've been coming here for close to 15 years. Always a great selection and good pricing. Super friendly staff.

Very Friendly to it's African American Customers, greet them with respect, and make them feel Welcomed. Most places in downtown Vacaville "if you are Black or African American they will look at you like you don't belong or that you are out of place due to their not feeling comfortable. Thanks Bounty Books, bought a few Fashion Reference Books from you while in Fashion School some years back and recently visited you February 2021 and observed your interactions with your customers.

A wonderful place for used books but also caters to local authors and younger readers too. Mostly paperbacks but all seemed in excellent condition.

Such a great place. So many books and the lady behind the counter was so knowledgeable. I wish that I lived here in California/Vacaville so that I could buy all of my nook here they even offer to search for books for you and then ship them to you. Such an amazing place and so neat and clean.

Bounty Books has only gotten better over the years. Small but very well stocked and organized. Mostly used books but some new available. Staff are consistently friendly and helpful. If looking for a specific title that isn't in stock, they'll offer to order or place your name on a wishlist (you'll get a call in the event they get a copy). Highly recommend bringing in your unwanted books for trade credit (can be applied to half the price of a used book). Books brought in for trade credit aren't usually processed same day but I like to drop them off in a paper bag with my name and number clearly written on the outside. If you're in the area and looking for new reading material check this place out! Journey Coffee Co and Donut Queen also conveniently located down the street for anyone that likes to read with coffee.

Fantastic, friendly, helpful staff. Great place to look for treasures, you never know what you'll find. And used book stores are a dying breed so any support is appreciated.

Fantastic book shop. Bit of a Tardis inside- keeps on going and going. Staff is always friendly and helpful. We go here at least weekly.
