Great neighborhood hardware store. Astonishing variety of hardware items. Benjamin Moore paints. All kinds of great and unexpected stuff. Wonderful popcorn served free to enjoy while shopping.

The angels sang when I walked into this store. I was surrounded by bbq smokers, bbq sauces and equipment. I've never seen such a serious selection outside of the Midwest. But that's not all. Every aisle, every department has a plethora of choices. This is the king of all the Ace Hardware stores!

Pacific Ace Hardware is one of the greatest stores in Vacaville. Everyone is receptive, polite, and super helpful. They have a great selection of variety gifts, paint, hardware, and gardening tools. If you can't find what you are looking for, just ask because you probably aren't looking in the right place.

I remember when all stores were like this. Helpful friendly staff genuine customer service. sometimes I go just to look around at all the neat stuff.

Had not been here in years. I forgot how nice it is to have people ask you if you need help. I will start going here more often. This store has a old school vibe. I like that.

It was an amazing experience! Shout out to Owen & Joelle. Owen helped me find a new smoke detector & drill bit set and he was friendly, polite and most importantly, he was knowledgeable. Joelle rang me up and got me signed up for the rewards program. That went super smooth. The staff were friendly. Another thing that stood out was there were employees waiting at the 3 or 4 aisles waiting to help customers. You don't see that at the big box stores. They usually try to avoid you! Not at Ace! They also had delicious popcorn. Is it a bit more pricey than other hardware stores? Sure, but the experience and customer support is head & shoulders above the rest.

I love this store. Everyone is so helpful. You’ll get a sarcastic comment from one of the old timers from time to time but he’ll help you right after lol. It’s a little more expensive then your normal hardware store but the knowledge is priceless

Pacific Ace hardware and Trevor are a great resource for anything Stihl related . They have always been extremely helpful and willing to take the time to tend to my needs . Plus give me there advice and expertise when it comes to Stihl equipment purchases . Well
Worth the time to drive from
Napa and Yuba county to make our equipment purchases. Can’t find a better dealer . Plus have a great selection of hardware!

Ok this place is the best. Excellent inventory, and super knowledgable staff. Very helpful. A much better experience than going to a giant place like lowes where help is scarce.

A fixture in downtown Vacaville. Every time I let my dog lead the way on a walk, they go straight to Pacific Hardware because they welcome dogs and they even have treats for them behind the counter. Very helpful employees and great selection.

I give this place 10 ⭐!!! This is my new favorite store!! It is way better than Lowe’s or Home Depot!! Way way better selection and prices !!!

You just can't beat a locally owned hardware store. Staff is always available to help. Staff is always polite and friendly. If you need the hard to find parts to make repairs or install all new systems you will find it here.

I had to go here because they were the only one in my area that had 1.5 and 2" copper parts.. staff actually knew the store and were able to help me get in and out without spending any more time than necessary. Nice people too. Over all one of my better shopping experiences.
