I was thrilled to find an organic mattress store within reasonable driving distance from my home. The showroom is well stocked with a variety of mattresses, pillows, bed frames, etc.

Dominic was great. He listened to what my needs were in a new mattress and then guided me to the product line that would best suit me. He was knowledgable and didn't try to oversell me. I also purchased a pillow and mattress cover when I expressed interest in looking at those products as well. Dominic explained the advantages of different options and helped to be sure I was taking home the right items for my lifestyle.

Normally, salespersons just want to sell you stuff. Daniel, however, just wants to find what’s best for you. He speaks to you from the bottom of his heart and genuinely cares about you having good sleep. Daniel provided us invaluable advice when we were choosing beds and found a combination that works best for me and my partner. If you want to find a good, organic, environmentally friendly bed in the South Bay, this place is the right place to go.

Daniel was very responsive while helping me find the right encasement replacement for my bed. He offered to work directly with a cleaner’s office manager to have them purchase the replacement for a damaged encasement. Thank you for your professional service.

From the moment I walked into the Naturepedic shop in Los Altos, CA and met Daniel, I was impressed and sensed I was in good hands for determining what kind and firmness of new bed I needed for my sometimes aching back. The experience seemed almost too good to be true, so I did some comparison shopping at other stores and several brands during the following week. Nope, the experience was genuine, and I returned to Naturepedic and happily purchased, what to me, was the best bed I sampled. Thank you Nature medic for your excellence and patience.

In need of a mattress, I wandered into the store and was greeted by Daniel. An hour or so later, fully educated on the different mattresses, having tested several mattresses, my decision was made. Daniel made the process so easy and enjoyable, that I returned the next week to purchase 3 more mattresses!

We were in the market for organic material for mattresses. So, we drove over an hour to check out the store's floor sample. We met Daniel. He did great. Very informative and thorough. We bought it that day. Talking to him about health, spirituality, and eating healthy was also a pleasure.

With the start of college just one week away, I was late to the game in shopping mattress toppers and mattress protectors for my son's dorm bed. I called a couple other stores offering latex toppers, but at much higher prices. I was astonished to find the same quality of latex toppers at Sleep365 for nearly half the price of others! Daniel was especially helpful over the phone, and went the extra mile to ensure I'd get the topper as quickly as possible. He also shipped the mattress protector priority mail to ensure it would arrive before the start of school. It's rare to find this level of customer service these days. Thank you Daniel. I never expected that shopping for a mattress could be so easy and fun. Daniel made our shopping experience extremely pleasant. He answered all the questions, was straightforward and very entertaining at the same time. My two-year old grandson had the best time trying out the mattresses at the store and also was happy with the tasty snacks there. Thank you very much for doing your job so well!

We have been considering an all organic mattress for sometime now. We headed to the Los Altos show room and were greeted by Daniel when we entered. He was immediately friendly and relatable, asking us about our needs and listening to our story of our sleep woes. He really was the reason we had such a great experience at this store, thanks to his stellar customer service. We settled on an all latex option, which has just been delivered. We found that all communications and follow up regarding our purchase were professional and we were updated along the way. The delivery driver did a professional clean and simple job setting up our mattress and letting us know that the Naturepedic team were there for us if we had any questions. All in all we had a great experience shopping here and would highly recommend it.

Fantastic customer service at this location! We worked with both Daniel and Dominic at the store, who were both super helpful during our two visits to the store. We just bought a mattress from them yesterday so have yet to receive it but super impressed with the quality and customizability of the products here. Because they are so customizable, having knowledgeable associates who were able to answer all of our questions and lend their expertise made the process so much easier.

Daniel is an excellent salesman. I went in today with my two year old to purchase a mattress that is organic and comfortable and he helped me find just that in addition to providing a light snack to my toddler and keeping him entertained. The mattress is comfortable, and I feel great knowing that it’s a healthy alternative to chemical laden mattresses. Daniel carry the mattress to my car for me and provide a complementary pillow. He went above and beyond to meet my needs for a quality and safe mattress. Highly recommend this store.

My family and I had a very positive experience at Naturepedic in Los Altos. Dominic listened closely to our wants and needs and helped us find our mattresses. He gave us helpful tips on what we should consider when shopping for mattresses. He answered our questions very thoroughly. We had visited another mattress store first, but decided to purchase from Naturepedic/Sleep 365. My partner and I prefer plush mattresses, and Naturepedic caters to what we're looking for. My husband and I came into the store a few months back unsure of what kind of mattress we needed. Dominic was very helpful and listened to our individual preferences, and then recommended the EOS model which allows you to select different firmness for each side. He was patient and kind, and even stayed after closing (which I know he did not need to do) in order to answer our questions and complete our order. Since then, we ended up swapping top layers and Dominic made sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. We definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a good, natural mattress and great customer service!

He didn’t rush us at any point but instead had us try out a variety of bed configurations to find that “right” fit. We are very satisfied with our purchase but at least 50% of that satisfaction comes from having had a truly pleasant experience with Dominic.

I purchased a mattress here earlier in the week. Dominic the Sales person was extremely helpful. Not only is he knowledgeable about the products, but he was willing to go beyond his normal duty to help me out. Now I have an excellent mattress to sleep on, along with a pleasant experience.
