Used them multiple time. Pros - they wash dry and iron, respect the dates and do not lose items. Cons - if you want a stain removed and dry cleaning, you should expect to be charged for it but they may only wash. dry and iron.

I took my sheets here to be washed and folded for my business for the first time. I requested to pick them up in one week and when I did they weren't ready because they got the date mixed up. On top of that, the sheets were not cleaned properly and some had stains on them. When I pointed them out they said they just regular wash them and did not offer to fix the stains. They also made me bag and fold them myself. Needless to say, I refused to pay and I will definitely not be using their services again. What a disaster!
