Lee's Village

I tried the food from Lee's Village one million years ago, and at the time, I wasn't too happy because -- for some reason -- I was expecting it to be like Panda Express (I had gotten Peking Beef Spare ribs expecting Panda Express style Beijing Beef)? Yeah, no comment about past me, please and thank you.

At any rate, I tried their Orange Chicken lunch combo plate today (chicken with a pork eggroll and scoop of pork fried rice) and I thought it was pretty good. It's stir fried but not super breaded; as far as flavor, definitely tangier / more citrus-y than Panda Express and closer to a lemon chicken.

If I went again, I would ask if they had Chili Basil Chicken / 香草汁雞, and if I got the combo plate again, I'd ask to replace the eggroll with another scoop of rice. Don't ask me about authenticity.

The employees at Lee's Village are so kind and quick to give wonderful service. They are always so willing to make food accommodations for my family which I greatly appreciate :) My family and I have been going there for YEARS. Our favorites are their Mongolian chicken and their House Wonton soup! We drive 25 minutes because we love the food and friendly service.

It's my favorite Chinese take out. My kids love the orange chicken and peking spareribs. String beans with Tofu is my favorite dish. Price is reasonable and portions are big.

This place is great. Got new management about a yeaf ago and has been excellent and getting better ever since. The soup is a great deal and very tasty and the staff is super friendly. If you're in the neighborhood and looking for something quick and delicious, this is a great stop.

Best Chinese food yet. I saw them prepare the all freshly made ingredients. very tasty and costume made cuisine. one of the best in south San Jose

ordered black pepper beef and basil sauce pork chops was really good. will order again next time.

Delicious meals for low prices. A ridiculously large family plate can be ordered for only $20, with multiple options to choose from.

Surprise find in my local shopping center. Google maps does not show this unless you know it exists you won't find it - plentiful normal Chinese options - reasonably priced and good for takeout

This is my family's favorite go to Chinese food! Try the house special fried rice!
