Fairchilds Public House

Was there for happy hour. Drinks were good. Lime chicken wings were crispy with meat on the bone. A huge amount of fries and 3 sliders which were tasty with good buns.

The restaurant is located inside Hyatt, where we stayed a couple of days. The hotel does not provide room service. However, you can take out food to your room, which we did twice for dinner. The food is outstanding. We had the roasted chicken, veal chop, and salmon dishes. All were excellent. The Carmel Pinot Noir and their Margaritas are very enjoyable. The usher/waiter and other staff were very nice. Overall highly recommended!

Located within Hilton in Mountain View, this restaurant has very good food and drinks options. The ambiance is very nice and also there is a patio dining option. The servers are friendly and quick. We started with a few cocktails, Chicken wings and fries. The wings are fresh and juicy and coated with a perfect amount of sauce choice. For the main course we ordered an Impossible burger, Chicken quesadilla and Flat Iron Burger. The burgers come with a side choice of fried or onion rings. The items are very delicious and filling.

I had the best dining experience with my entire family at that restaurant; the food was phenomenal; especially the vegan and vegetarian options. The head chef was very gracious; he came out to ask us about our dinner. The servers; Raymundo and Carlos were very friendly and accommodating; I’m definitely coming back. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal in Fairchilds. I had the Truffle & Parmesan Fries, the Fairchilds Burger and the New York Cheesecake. Considering the quality, the price is reasonable. Ideal for those who want a romantic night out or a family outing. There was also plenty of room for bigger groups. Kudos to Chef Matt and to our server, Raymundo!

Had dinner with the entire family here. Food was really amazing, from appetizers, mains to desserts. Raymundo and Carlo was also really friendly and attentive. Will surely come back! Kudos to the entire crew!

My friends and I came here for dinner before going to a play in Palo Alto. Since happy hour was taking place when we arrived, we all decided to get the specials to share. The food and drinks that we wanted arrived quickly after we placed our order. The wait staff are very friendly and I would like to commend our waiter, Raymundo, who was very attentive to our needs as well as having a sense of humor. This was our first time coming here and will plan to go back in the near future.

Nice place! This is in the Hyatt. Nice bar with good beer, wines, and appetizers for happy hour which is every day including weekends.
I like the Pilsner beer, and the Ahi poke Nachos which is half price during happy hour

Got breakfast here twice now so far and was pretty happy both times.

The avocado toast and salmon toast were both great, especially the charred lemon and orange slices. Totally stealing that for home.

I still prefer the avocado toast at the Marriott Bistro, where they have a really nice multigrain bread for a base, squeeze a bit of extra acid over it for brightness, and finish with a little sea salt, but this one's a better deal and more filling with an additional egg and bigger toast (they're always serving me the tiny end of the loaf at Bistro and charging me full price).

I will say having cream cheese and smoked salmon on not-a-bagel made my brain go "tilt" a little. (Not in a bad way per se, especially since it's so hard to find a decent bagel on this coast. IDK why San Francisco can do sourdough so well and then suck so hard at bagels.)

This is a review of the place in COVID19 times.

This place does not disappoint. They practice all COVID19 protocols for public places (social distance, disposable and/or digital menus, etc.), hand sanitizer (in addition to giving you individual packs of hand sanitizing towels when bringing you your meal).

The staff is super friendly and always looking if you need anything. Did I mention they have a happy hour EVERY DAY from 4 pm to 7 pm? And believe me, it worth it! You will really enjoy this place. Another mega point: They have a new "Al Fres[go]" concept, basically, you can enjoy the rooftop and be happy ;)

Great place for breakfast, has protein bowl and regular breakfast items. Happy hour food is fantastic.....each is $7

Stayed at this hotel so it was convenient to order food from downstairs but I’m glad I did. The burger was delicious, fried chicken sandwich was good, the margarita decently made. The staff is trying to be very nice and accommodating. I wish they had more business to keep them going during these times. If you’re in the area it’s actually a cool place to grab a drink and they have happy hour 5-7 pm too! I will be back regardless if I stay at the hotel or not. Cheers!

This place is tucked in the lobby of a Hyatt hotel but it's a classy and tasteful little lounge/restaurant. We love the ambiance and the silverware and plates were very tasteful as well. My hubby found a little corner to watch the baseball game while I snack on happy hour goodies. We came for happy hour and like what some of the reviews mentioned, their happy hour dishes are really regular appetizer size so it was very satisfying. One thing to note is that their poke bowl is actually more of a poke salad bowl as it doesn't come with sushi rice, so that's something to take note of as we misunderstood. But in the menu in the ingredients listing it did list that it'll be mainly lettuce. Overall, servers were attentive and personable, and portion size was great. They didn't rush us for bill and let us enjoy our drinks. Drinks were also great, lots of wine and draft beer selection. Hope they keep this price and portion size, and we'll be regulars. ;-)

A hidden gem in the heart of Silicon Valley. Everything on the menu looked good but I decided on the calamari and the bone-in pork chop. Very tasty. Calamari was nice and crisp and the pork was very tender and juicy. Definitely coming back to try the rest of the menu items.

Respect to the Chef and his team.

Went to Public House for dinner and came back for breakfast! The cookie ice cream sundae comes in a warm mini cast iron skillet and made my night. Great service as well, the manager made sure we enjoyed our experience and our server Daisy was amazing. 10/10 will return.

I've been told the avocado toast and sweet potato waffle are both "really quite good"

It's a hotel lobby pub and restaurant so my expectations were low. Pleasantly surprised by the service and food. We were a big group and well taken care of by the staff

Great menu, much to offer. Definitely going to dine here once I get justice for the kidnapping of my child by corrupt public elected officials for the ransom of my grandfather’s estate
