Entire staff from front office, repairs and details are excellent. I never go anywhere else for body repair because I know all will be done perfect first time every time. Excellent customer service.

I took my 2023 Mach E in for repair I have never ever been treated so well I felt as though I was a Ford Employee Plus They arranged for me to be picked and driven to their shop Let me say this I have owned a Mercedes Benze C300 and Tesla Model 3 these dealerships should take customer service training skills from Heritage Ford Body Shop employees I’m just saying I like to give a great great shout out to Kelly, Brook and of course Renaldo You guys really stand on the business I appreciate your kindness , support most of all your service

August 9, brought my 2021 Mustang Mach e for a soft ware update, Rocky Gouker assisted me checking in along with Johnson who helped me program a few things on my ford app. I was very impressed how helpful the staff was and so very polite. Also the cashier was so nice and polite, what a wonderful experience.

Been here about a dozen times, they work with me much better than most of the collision centers I've tried to book with. They literally went out of their way to work around my schedule when I have no time to drop off or pick up. Always friendly

Steve is really a nice guy. I sent my car to his place to repair and the repair is done in great quality/detail. His guy Mike is also very nice. Will definitely send my car to his place fore future repairs.

Customer service here is great. Never been treated more like family at a place of business before. Plus they do absolutely the best body work I've seen. I cannot recommend them enough!

Great shop, quality work. Very good communication with me and insurance company. Truck looks like new. They even cleaned the inside. Also work on lots of makes not just fords

They were fantastic fixed what they could and didn't charge me. Sent me back to Heritage Ford for color to fix the rest my scratches. Yeah to Heritage.

I am not sure about this one they may have sold out to collision caliber which is all over the place.if so caliber nice friendly helpful staff.
