I owned a house in Vallejo that is no longer rented. Over the years, both Jill and Eric worked with me to get good tenants in the house. The tenants always paid on time, and it was a seamless experience due to Estey's strict approval procedures.
Jill was my main contact person. She is efficient, intelligent, and knows the business well. She always responded promptly when I emailed or texted. If she was unable to answer the phone when I called, she would call me back as soon as possible. She was very accessible. Jill was also friendly and kind. I really like her as a person.
She even knew the neighbors, who kept an eye on my property. She would report back to me -- with good reports always.
Since I live 500 miles away, it was a comfort to have my property managed by Jill and Eric.

We rented a home that was managed by Estey for nearly two years...the only reason we left is because we moved out of state. They have been absolutely terrific to work with, promptly responding to whatever issues came up and going out of their way to be helpful. This was not our only rental, and it was by far our best experience. Tiffany and Ally are friendly and easy to work with...I can't recommend them highly enough.

My experience has been nothing but positive thus far and of the 6 or so times I've called them, someone has promptly answered and gotten back to me every time. Even when the owner changed the locks at the property I'm renting, Tiffany immediately left the office and drove over to rectify the situation. Tiffany and the other staff that I've met have been professional, attentive, and extremely helpful in accommodating me with every question and request that I've had. I'm moving to Benicia from Oregon, and they have been very helpful and easy to work with. Tiffany is very prompt with emails and always makes sure that I know what I need to do. I've been able to find an apartment and get everything started while living in Oregon and I am excited to continue working with them once I am living in Benicia.

Tiffany Young and all the staff that work there are very friendly, helpful, and up to date on the legal laws of tenant/renters. Anytime there was a problem, calls were made, and problems solved. Even lots of follow-up phone calls & emails to make sure things were done properly. They are awesome!

My experiences with Estey have been simply wonderful! When I first decided to move to Benicia, I didn't have much time to find a place. I can't remember how I first found out about Estey, but I'm really glad I did! From the very beginning, Eric and Candi were extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. After I grew out of the first place I rented from them, I got their help in finding a bigger place for my growing family. Anytime I call or email them, I always get prompt responses. Estey really fits in with the small town feel of Benicia, which is exactly why I moved here in the first place. I've dealt with plenty of property management places before, and there just aren't many places around like this.

I was displaced from my home due to a contractor mistake. I was in several hotels until Estey came to the rescue and helped me find a short term rental for me and my pets. We ended up there for 15 months. Thank you, Estey, for your help providing me a stable base while I sorted out the chaos.
