I had a great experience here. Both associates were super helpful with recommendations. I got sized and after trying the first size recommended, I realized it was too small and they got me the right size. They were able to pull some bras from the back for me based on what I liked and didn’t like about the ones I was trying.

I ordered online and went into this location for pick up. I don’t remember names of the staff, but they brought me several different sizes when I expressed concern over fit/online size chart versus what I usually buy. A little pricey, but definitely worth the money!

Rochelle found exactly what I was looking for and shipped it right to me. I love that she signed the card from the team! What a great person! LOVE the cool nights pjs. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience getting a fitting and help from Melissa. She was really friendly, definitely knew her stuff, and stayed patient as I tried on several different styles. I ended up finding something I love and buying four of them. Because of her (and the friendly lady who helped me check out — I think her name was Nichole), I will definitely be going back!

I went in today thinking that I was going to have another failed attempt at bra shopping but I was totally wrong! The lady who helped me was extremely kind and patient. She also did an amazing job of sizing me and bringing me different styles. Pink/Victoria Secret has nothing on these guys! I highly recommend this place!

So ladies.... Needed some lingerie and a friend told me about this place. I absolutely hate shopping for clothing of any kind. However, unlike a majority of dept stores, almost immediately after entering I was helped by one of the associates. She asked me what I was looking for and my size, showed me to a dressing room and brought me several items to try on. She continually checked up on me to see how I was doing and I was able to find something I loved in record time. One item I wanted was not in my size but it was ordered for me and will be sent directly to me, free shipping. Will definitely be a returning customer. They are located across the courtyard from Macy's. Happy shopping 😊🛍

I have a difficult time searching for bras especially with an awkward size. Melissa was patient and kind with me even when I was getting frustrated with my body. She understood my pain and did her best to find me what I needed in store. Thank you Melissa for the best customer experience. This is why I keep returning to Soma at the alderwood mall rather than it's "competitor".

Lingerie boutique for women who are serious about support without sacrificing style. Staff are friendly and helpful. They swiftly guide customers to excellent fit. Great experience -- and the bras hold up much longer than those you find at VS or department stores.

After feeling completely lost in trying to find the right bra for my partner (ladies I dont even know how you deal with this all your lives...), Melissa helped me with literally finding a box of bras in the size my partner has been looking for, and giving me a quick rundown of the different qualities of bras inside aforementioned box. I had a great experience Soma. Angel, the sales representative knew her products and provided different bras to see what would work for me. I appreciate her customer service. I'm sure the store gets busy on the weekends, so I recommend you check them out during the week.

The manager was so helpful. She is definitely an asset to the store. The service was great. I always thought that Soma was an on line only but now that I know different, will definitely continue going. I am just visiting here in Washington so hopefully I will be just as fortunate when I go home back to Texas.

We ladies almost always loathe bra shopping. I recently lost a LOT of weight and had no idea what size I was and all my bras didn't fit anymore.

They had an amazing BOGO 1/2 off sale that COMBINED with 25% off so I bought online. Free exchanges! I went to the store here to get sized.

The associate was so amazing! Super professional, friendly, and I even bought 2 more. The underwire free is surprisingly push-uppy and so comfy (HELLO new work bras!). I was close on size guess but she kindly offered to hold the right size for me to exchange in store and the other 2 are online only so j can bring in to send out to exchange for the right size.

Beyond amazing service. My bewbs love the brass! I feel like I found the diamond in the rough! I would gladly pay 2x the orice for these bras. And they have a reward program too z so sign you your first visit.

This review is totally biased fyi but I love love love Soma! Amazing, comfortable, breathable fabrics in beautiful silhouettes. The staff at this location are super helpful but definitely give you space if that's what you'd like. Embraceable boyshorts are my #1 recommend!
