Where do we begin! Comfort and style got married and had a baby that is Free People. Just love these clothes and accessories.

Most recent purchase was a workout onesie that is the cutest thing I have ever seen, a cute top to go over it and a blush pink oversized work bag that I really can’t live without now.

Was stoked to see we actually have one here in Santa Cruz since it’s rare we get anything.

Love this place and will definitely be back soon!

I LOVE this store! I’ve worn Free People for literal decades which means I have been to my share of different locations. This location just does it right! I’m always impressed with the style and flow of the store. The manager runs the store in such a friendly and helpful manner, it makes me want to only shop here. She always has such great style of her own that I find myself buying pieces just because she pointed them out. I’m guessing she does the hiring too, because her staff is as warm and helpful as she is. Here’s to many more years of wearing FP! 💕

I just went here and fiona was a great conversationalist with amazing customer service, she is absolutely someone I'd love to run into again. I love the good karma bras here, they are so dang comfy

I’m so impressed with how nice and helpful everyone is every single time I’ve been in the Santa Cruz store. I’ve shopped there many times. Free people is definitely one of my favorite stores in Santa Cruz. I love their clothing. But, what really makes this store so great is the employees.

Free People has always been my go to store. So glad they opened in Santa Cruz! Marissa helped me pick out some great pieces for my post Covid wardrobe. She’s a doll and was so gracious putting up with me! Thanks FP!! wearing my leggings, tshirt and comfy jacket ☺

Spacious store, friendly staff and well stocked. A must stop when shopping the Pacific Ave shops in Santa Cruz.

The movement is that this company is very very poor in Customer Service. I ordered an expensive item on 3/18/23. I had an estimated delivery date of 3/26/23. Never received the item. I called to inform the company, Free People. The Rep said to call back in a couple of days. I did that. The second Rep said to call back in a day. I did that. The third Rep said to call back the next day. I did that. I am getting the runaround. No one will help me. I even went to their Corporate and complained. I get nowhere. All I want to know is where my order is or give me a refund. Is that too much to ask? No, I do not think so. Macy's and Nordstrom have way better customer service. You all need to attend their school of excellent Customer Service.

Horrible customer service. Walked in and no one said anything. There was a guy and girl working (July 4th). They proceeded to talk and gossip. I said “Good morning” and they just looked. Didn’t ask if we needed help or anything. My friend was looking for something specific and you lost a sale. Please do better and train your staff to have better customer service.

The manager was very rude here, and sounded condescending. She kept calling me “babe” even though she didn’t look that much older than me, and double asked if I wanted to try something on before I left?! I felt extremely judged. The younger employees seemed super helpful and nice, but I don’t want to come back solely for the manager. Very poor service on her part.

Very disappointed in the customer service. I didn’t even know who the employees were at first because they were all chatting in a circle together, not paying attention to guests and and was I wasn’t even greeted by anyone - instead - just briefly looked at and ignored. Staff seemed uninterested and more concerned with socializing with each other.
