AAA Cotati Auto & Tire Center

I’ve taken my vehicle there twice, first time for a new battery and last week to have an alignment.I had purchased new tires the week before somewhere else. I was told when I purchased new tires I had wear on the inside which meant my alignment was off. I didn’t hesitate I made the appointment which is easy and convenient. Both times the guys are friendly and engaging. As a woman and AAA member for 50 years I felt confident because of AAA history they would be reliable, fair pricing, top quality parts.I didn’t want to feel as though I’m being taken advantage of because of my gender. Again if AAA is putting their reputation on the line by opening these service centers I feel I can be confident with them.
My husband and I will be taking our vehicles here for service. And it’s close to my home which is also a plus for convenience.

I live in Santa Rosa and had met a friend in cotati for lunch and when I left to get in my car my car notified me that morning right rear tire had lost a lot of air. so I checked my Waze app and found that there was a AAA Auto and tire center very close so I took a chance and drove there. I pulled up to the open bays and asked one of the men working if I would be able to put air in my tire. he stopped what he was doing and came to check all of my tires for me and informed me that my right rear tire had a screw in it but that he could fix it right away for me. so I parked the car, went inside and it was very clean and comfortable and they had free ice cold water which was really nice. about 20 minutes later they told me my car was done. charged me $36 and off I went. Very nice people. very good service.

Excellent service, professional, friendly, no pressure. It’s now my go to mechanic shop for my Toyota Prius. Happy customer.

Everyone here is so kind and friendly, very honest about what is needed and walk you through things transparently. They are very honest and help you figure out what will work for you, your car, and your budget. (They do their best to price match for tires - and honestly have the most reasonable prices! Recently I looked to get some work done with a shop that was closer to my house and ended up just sticking with AAA because the price was better and I felt more comfortable with Larry and Ron than I did at the other place) Never ever feels pushy, never have been talked into something I didn't need. Service is also generally very quick. Everyone is so wonderful here, I've never had a bad experience!

Brought my Chevy 3500 in with a screw in the right rear tire. In addition, I mentioned a vibration problem at moderate speeds. Staff fixed the flat, diagnosed and eliminated the vibration. I can't say enough good things about their professionalism, friendliness and problem solving. I'm delighted to have the opportunity to publicly acknowledge the excellent service and pricing I received.

I recently started taken my vehicles to this shop since it's so close to my house. Each time I've visited for service on my vehicle I've had nothing but great customer service. My last service was for brakes on my truck. The team at this shop worked diligently to get my brakes done right. Thanks you for your great service.

Wow - what a day! Work up to a flat tire. AAA was out w/in 30 mins. Denis (driver) referred me to new AAA Tire Center in Cotati. They were fab and found the other rear tire was in need of replacement! In & out within an hour and feel so much more secure! Nice bunch guys and a very clean facility! And it doesn’t smell of rubber! 👌👍😉

I've been with McLea's/AAA since 2016. Don't be turned off by the corporate name, it is the same staff (including Technicians) as when it was the best locally owned shop in the county, and probably state. The most common thing I hear is the expense, and I've gotta say as someone who's been in the auto repair community locally for over 20 years, you get what you pay for, and in this rare case it's a bargain! Everyone makes mistakes, and every business exists to make a profit. If you have an issue, talk to Ozzie before writing a review, he really is ALL about the customer. And I promise you, noone here wants to rip you off. Every one of these guys has a family and kids, and the morals to go with it.
Plainly put, the best shop around. Period.

On a road trip in a rental car and we got a flat tire with a tight schedule. They got us in and out so fast and treated us with royalty! Great guys and I absolutely recommend this shop!

Went back again for a tire balance was crunch for time but they was able to get me in and out within 10min. Anytime I am in this area and need tire service this is the place I will be going. And highly recommend them

Worked with Ronnie Oakes a few times for some work on my 2019 F150. Hes a great service advisor and is always there to help! Would recommend him and this shop. Plus love my AAA discount! Thanks again!

The guys here are amazing always willing to help. I got ripped off by Honda before and decided to trust these guys and I don't regret it at all. These guys are knowledgeable and not money hungry. Their goal is to end with another happy customer instead of ending with more bills and angry customers.

Formerly McLeas, the staff is the same. Ozzie and Ron are in charge and a pleasure to do business with. I have used them for tire, and various wheel and tire services.

Busier than before so better to book appointments for non emergency items.

Having had a tough and stressful day after having my car towed there, they were very helpful and calming to know my car would be in the right hands. They give a thorough diagnostic of your car and are quick in repairing the problems. Even when picking up and paying for the repairs, Austin (the man who helped me) was very kind and assured me that my car should still have a few more years left. Leroy (my car) runs beautifully now all thanks to them!

Larry explained prices and process up front. And I received prompt service as expected. No additional charges, friendly staff and no pressure for additional servives.

McLea's is a family-owned tire and auatomotive center. The first thing that hits you when you walk in their Rohnert Park location is their Covid preparedness. There are ample hand sanitizers and plexiglas shields to keep all parties safe. Plus the store is spotless. So far so good! The person I dealt with, Ronnie Oakes, was straightforward, didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't want, and suggested we address my Mercedes' service needs in easier stages instead of all at once. I liked his collaboarative approach during these unsettled times. He was fast, professional and obviously knew what he was doing. Would I go there again? Absolutely!

Amazing customer service. Went in with a screw in my tire and a leaky valve stem. Ronnie came right out removed the screw replaced the valve stem. Luckily the screw was not in a spot that damaged the tire. Filled the tire with air. The whole thing took about 5 minutes and we were on our way.

Super friendly and not too expensive. I've brought my car here a couple times so far for wildly different reasons, and each time they took the time to explain what was needed and how quickly it needed to be done, and then broke down the costs so I knew exactly what I was paying for. I highly recommend these folks for any mechanical needs

I called ahead to see if they had a specialty tire size for a riding lawn mower. The location I called didn't have it but the rep made sure to call the other stores who should've had in in stock to verify. He called me back after and I went to the location and got exactly what I wanted. Great service from the two people I interacted with and very friendly. I would highly recommend this chain based on my experience.
