I found what I wanted easily and my check out experience was fairly quick and easy. All personnel that I encountered were very courteous and friendly.

I couldn’t figure out the target circle app for making a shopping list though. I wasn’t able to put in quantities of each product. I’m sure if I had taken enough time, I would’ve been able work it out.

Target always exceeds my expectations. The store is always organized, clean, and the employee's are always helpful. Today I purchased a dvd that I am looking forward to watching. The store is starting to stock up for the coming summer months.

Very clean, every shelf was stocked with products and the line wait time as literally one minute. This was my best experience ever shopping at Target

Clean well organized Target! The carts are wiped down. The store is filled with a variety of stuff from clothes to electronics to home goodies. Lots of parking in front.

Never had a complaint until yesterday. The lovely rain got all the carts wet. No one wiped them off after bringing them in. My Wife and I dealt with it but two women left in disgust and another shook her cart violently.

Customer service is on point. Store is always beautiful. A tad pricey but worth it.

Everyone at this store is always friendly. What I want is almost always in stock, and even though there were no carts when I walked in, he was brining them in so after a tiny wait I ended up buying several boxes of soda that I would have otherwise skipped as I only needed cold medication.

My local Target here in Rohnert Park, CA still remains my favorite store. Watching them expand their selection in some areas has really made it feel more inviting especially the apparel department. As long as I live here I will be a loyal customer to T-852

I just wanted to take time to write a review regarding one of Target's employees. On Friday, October 23, 2020 at around 2 PM, I was trying to buy a new pressure cooker. I waited in housewares, press the signal button, and waited for about 10 to 15 minutes. (I know, it’s not that long, I was more annoyed that the signal button wasn’t working. It kept timing out).

I went up to the front desk, the exchanges and returns desk, and asked Stephanie how long it usually takes to get help at the housewares department. I explained my situation, and instead of passing me off to someone else, she basically found the two items I was looking for in 2 minutes, had them brought up in 5, and apologized for my long wait. Basically straight up handled it like a boss!

I was most impressed with how well she handled the situation. Yes, I found my pressure cooker, so it was a happy ending for me. But she took decisive action, owned it, and saw it through to the end. From a management and business perspective, that’s outstanding!!

Thank you again Target and Stephanie. I really do appreciate it!

Another great trip to RP Target. JaMare has great customer service. He works hard to ensure his department is well kept clean. He was able to assist with locating items for me. Definitely a great guy overall. Thank you!

Great location. Good grocery section. Produce is good too. Everything is easy to find. Good selection of kids clothes and toys. Electronics section is pretty well stocked with most of what you might need. Always have the latest games too. Food court closes early though so not open in evenings.
