Trade Winds is a wonderful place for Seniors to live and thrive here. Cost affective living and amenities here in our park. Close to shopping and the beach is an easy walk from here. We live here and love it.

Reasonably clean, mostly well run park. There's some unfortunate politics and petty treatment of some owners by people who have too much time on their hands and nothing better to do than harrass some individual owners.

Went to see a friend's newly renovated mobile home. While his was really nice, the park seemed older and a little worse for wear and tear!
