On a recent outing to the Rohnert Park Home Depot, I was impressed to see an area of the store dedicated to tool and equipment rentals. There are some things I do not have that I could rent here.The Home Depot orange stands for value and energy. I felt energized leaving the store today because of the value I am going to get on future projects by saving money on rentals of equipment that I normally wouldn't have access to.

All the workers at the Rhonert Park Home Depot, from the sales associate who took my order, to the lumber yard workers to the floor managers and top manager were super friendly and helpful! I was very happy with my experience in getting fence pickets there. The quality of their fence pickets was very nice also! I will most certainly shop there again.

I usually find/ get everything I need. Staff are helpful, I shop here quite often for all my home goods/ garden needs. I've been recently getting some wood and it seems semi affordable. There's a wide variety of multiple types of wood for ever it is you're looking for. Usually get checked out quickly too!

I'm not used to the employees of home Depot approaching. Trying to assist you. My store in Oakland doesn't do that. It's surprising but refreshing.

When we shop we get what we need. Glad to be able to pay charge bill in store throughout the month. The best part is my fur baby loves her aunties - Jennifer, Laurie, Kat & Tammy who are her cookie mamas.

Clean well kept Home Depot. I prefer the one in Windsor as I'm more adjusted to the layout, but this one has most of what you might look for at a location. Lots of staff on the floor. If you ask them questions, they will help. Just got to grab their attention. I love the plants at most Home Depot s- the quality of the ones I've gotten has lasted for years. A bit pricey but worth it!

We were looking for some stuff we needed, and we received help from the best guy with the best attitude we ever met,he helped us to look for everything we needed, he answered all our questions, cleared all our doubts; well, he actually did a lot for us.
He's somebody his coworkers should follow to.
So yeah, next time somebody need something, I highly recommend to ask for GLENN MARTIN. Thank you sr.

This is where we landed after being evacuated for the Kincade fire. Whithn five minutes of parking our RV, the manager came to with a shopping cart of water: "Take what you need. It's safe to stay here." Nice people.

What a fantastic human being Dismas is. I have had one of those days, You know, when You feel like You're trying to pound a square peg through a round hole. I came in to exchange a previously purchased item for a step drill set. The problem was that the set rang up as $90. It was in a $64 slot, and I couldn't afford it. Dismas looked up the $64 item and had an associate help me find it. When Dismas rang it up I still was short of my goal. Dismas, in his display of world class customer service adjusted the final cost so I could buy the item. Amazing. Great way to build loyalty!!

This felt like the largest Home Depot I've ever visited. They had a great selection and stock of tools that other stores would have had to special order.

I usually enjoy my experience at home Depot in Rohnert Park and it's usually the place I pick to go to first when in need of something for my home, special projects, certain gifts etc.
I visited again yesterday and the two days prior with 2 family members as I was in the market for flooring for my home. The first evening there I met Damon (in flooring) who was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated his laid back down to earth and honest approach in helping find what we were looking for and needed. He's the kind of person/employee that once you meet him you don't want to deal with anyone else in the department. Had he not been there when we came back I'd have left and came back when he was available.
He also helped us in getting the best deal we could within our budget and making sure there were no issues with delivery. I would have to say we were all beyond pleased with our experience there with Damon . I am very much looking forward to my new flooring which will be delivered within the week.

Right as we walked in we were greeted by an employee. I asked them where to find a certain product and rather than just pointing and telling me the isle, they walked me there. It was so helpful. Then needed to find one last thing and there was another helpful employee walking around asking if you needed help finding anything and he was able to quickly point me to that second item. This made for quite possibly the best hardware store experience I have ever had.. including ACE Hardware.

Love Home Depot... Plenty of stuff to look at while my friend does his contractor shopping!!! So many upgrades I would love to put in my. House.

The Home Depot has whatever you need for a home. Kitchen cabinets. Sinks. Tools. Garden flowers, mulch and wood. The list is extensive. And the automatic machines to check yourself out. That is one area I have never liked because people need jobs.

I have my complaints with Home Depot but this is not about online ordering or delivery issues. This review is for Kim who works in customer service. Kim restored my faith in humanity by diligently following through on multiple phone calls, long holds, and general confusion until my issue was resolved. I was ready to write off Home Depot completely at this point but this incredible level of customer service has changed my mind. Thanks Kim, you made my week and Home Depot is lucky to have you!

Unquestionably the best Home Depot store I have ever shopped at. A few months ago I literally sold my Home Depot shares after shopping at their Napa store, thinking, "How can a company this bad make money?".

But my faith has been restored. The Rohnert Park store is clean and organized. To a person the staff are pleasant, friendly and knowledgable. Special thanks to Patty at CS, Jessie in plumbing (who is awesome), and Kim the cashier.

I just spent almost $2,000 there today because I was so impressed. Home Depot at Rohnert Park just became my go-to hardware/lumber store. Thank you!
