Really helpful and know their stuff

Great place if you're looking for games and accessories. They also have T-shirts and other trinkets. The people that work there are always knowledgeable about games and what's going on in the gaming world. They are always friendly. Always in a good mood and ready to talk gaming. I recommend the Rohnert Park Branch highly ask for Phil great guy.

What I like is that the cashiers are always nice and making sure that you have what you want and give a lot of good information.

I like the fact that they have 50% off clearance sales going on. Customer service is A+++ here. Very nice and no wait time. Mask not required for entry.

The employees make you feel welcomed by greeting you as you enter the store and are ready to help you if asked. Haven't had a problem going to this particular store. Recommend to any gamer.

Employees are always very knowledgeable and helpful. Went in a few days ago to do a trade in on some electronics and Angel was very helpful. Made sure I knew everything that was going on and made sure the process went smoothly. Great service

I've called around a lot checking to see if the latest game system was in stock. The person who answered the phone here was really nice and helpful, while other retailers were not.

They have always had great customer service here, but due to recent experiences, they have really impressed me.

I don't leave reviews very often but I wanted to commend the staff at GameStop for their excellent customer service. They had a difficult time finding a game we were purchasing but kept up the communication while they looked, apologetic and made up for the time we waited. Major Kudos to staff.

I visited the Gamestop in Rhonert Park on 12/13/2019 at around 2pm. Folks, this is how we do business. The store manager and his associate, Alonso, provided the best customer service I’ve seen in a very long time. I’ve visited a lot of different GameStop’s in my time, and this one is the most professionally, and customer service oriented GameStop I’ve ever been to. I live 30 miles away from this place, and there are 2 other GameStop’s in my near vicinity. I will keep going the extra miles to support the great customer service of the Rohnert Park GameStop. Staff is super friendly, and very available and willing to help. Good selection on used games and accessories, generally very well stocked. Midnight releases are handled very well.

The place has awsome stock and the people are super chill I ended up watching the display tv and talking about games a great way to learn about new stuff and stay up to date

Staff is knowledgable in upcoming games. Great selection of games and game related merchandise. We often take the kids in for the used Skylanders selection. Picked up some other used games and controllers too.

Great place to visit if you have small children, employees are so helpful to answer any questions that may confuse adults about what there children may want to get to have more enjoyable gaming experience for there counsel at home.

Great service got my Nintendo a few games they let me in as soon as they were going to close could not have a better experience

Bummer only can by 150$ of steam cards at a time. Kinda sucked since we had to kids to buy cards for.
