Auto Phoenix

I had my brakes done and the master cylinder replaced on my 1997 Honda Odyssey at Auto Phoenix a couple months ago. I was impressed by Brian, the owner & mechanic's, professionalism, communication, courteous service and reasonable prices, so I went back to him for additional general maintenance.

Recently, Brian went above and beyond for me and my family. It's easy to appreciate your mechanic when everything goes well with your vehicle, but knowing you can trust them when things go wrong is priceless.

Over time, my brake pedal began getting soft intermittently, so much so that I was concerned about driving at all. When I told Brian what was going on, he took the time to really listen to me and inspected my brake system at no charge. It turned out that the master cylinder that he recently installed was defective. He was able to get a new one under warranty, and knowing that my van is our family's ONLY vehicle, he offered to do the repair on his only day off to accommodate my crazy schedule! Brian took my family's safety seriously and took care of the issue quickly and efficiently at no cost to me. When I picked my van up my brakes worked perfectly. I felt blessed.

I came here for my smog test and they were so speedy, friendly, and welcoming. The cleanest auto shop I have ever been to! I will definitely be back in the future.

I have hesitated to write this review, because Brian is simply the best, and also I love how he can almost always take care of my car the same day I call him! Cleanest auto shop I've ever laid eyes on, and Brian loves problem-solving, from the idle issue on my 95 Acura to a bad cylinder on my uncle's 2010 Silverado, if it's broken he will figure it out, then fix it, then explain it in detail, then give you a super good deal. I am so happy that I stopped in here for a smog check a few years back. Auto Phoenix has been my go-to ever since. Surely the best-kep secret in Cotati!

Ive been putting off getting my car serviced because as we all know most of us are nervous of shops trying to upsell what services we should have done to our car when in reality all we wanted done was something as simple as an oil change or brakes changed. Brian the shop owner was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I told him I was new in the area and have not been there before and he did not try to sucker me into getting anything else done besides what I needed. Came in, got my car serviced and was on my way in a timely fashion. Would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Brian knew my daughter drives my car up to Reno for college. He was kind enough to diagnosis any foreseen problems so they didn't blow into major repairs. Gave me a list and prioritized what needed to be done first, without pressuring or making me feel guilty I wasn't doing all the work at once. Reasonable priced and honest! We'll be back!

I took my 14 year old RV to Auto Phoenix today for a SMOG test. (not all smog stations will test RVs) The age of my RV required a full tail pipe emissions test and engine inspection. This was done quickly and efficiently. Brian knew just how to access my engine for inspection (not easy on this old rig). He also checked my tire pressures for me at no additional charge. Thank you, Brian. I'll be back.

Great place to take your vehicle for smog. They are quick and reliable. I have taken multiple vehicles there and each time they have passed or he contributes to helping me get it passable.

Have a difficult issue with my vehicle. Had a diagnostic and found issues with the ignition coil. Though all the issues are not yet addressed with the car Auto Phoenix checked it out again free of cost. Would definitely recommend this place.

Found this place on google while and decided to give it a shot. Now ive been bringing my familys cars here ever since. Great prices, very professional, and very efficient. The Garage and lounge are extremely clean aswell.

I brought our 5 work trucks and three personal vehicles here for years. It recently changed hands. The new guy is super uptight. I parked in front of the shop because all spaces were full. I walked in to ask where I should park. Answer I received was "Well you can't park there and I have 2 cars in front of you". Thank you very much I will be taking my business elsewhere!

This place we’ll steel your hard earn money I took my truck have it smog and it failed I was concern why it failed so it passed everything besides Egr valve supposedly and gas cap I took it somewhere else it passed I asked the tech and showed him the smog paper why he failed me he told me he was trying get extra work make more money . DO NOT go there he we’ll find something fail you this is not my first time and it’s going be my last time I go there horrible.new owners it’s not the same people that owned it before be aware !!!!!
