I went here to resolve a cellular plan issue I had been having for years with AT&T. I was pretty hopeless and about ready to give up the cell number I had for almost 20 years. Will P helped me through every step, including who to talk to. They even helped my daughter make the changes on her phone when everything switched over. Probably about 4 people pitched in and I am finally an Xfinity Mobile customer. The team there was super pleasant and extremely helpful.

The sales employee Peso was beyond fantastic!
I had some issue on my end with needed customer information, and Peso went over and beyond in efforts to remedy the situation. In the final analysis he put it all together with professionalism and courtesy and all the time smiling and friendly.

Harrison at this location SAVED MY (internet) LIFE today.
I had some issues with starting new service/modem setup and he was so clear, kind, and helpful. I was in and out within 15 minutes! Such a great location, too. Very inviting. You want to go to this Xfinity location!

I want to spotlight and give a glowing review of Mr. Peso Smith, xFinity Store representative (River Street, Santa Cruz, CA). Peso Smith deserves the highest score of any metric used; 10 out of 10, 5 out of 5, 100 out of 100, or whatever.
On March 22, 2023, I decided to visit the brick and mortor xFinity Store at about 11am, after spending five hours, off and on since 6am, on the phone with xFinity Mobile telephone customer representatives. During that time, my mobile phone issue went from not receiving notification of new vmail messages to no longer having access to my mailbox altogether, as a result of a reset procedure that the very first phone representative tried. All told, I spoke to five phone representatives trying to get access to my voice mailbox.
After navigating the xFinity Mobile Customer Service automated menu, trying to reach a live rep, multiple times; after explaining my problem multiple times to multiple representatives; after being dropped from the call 3 times; after being transferred to Samsung; finally, the last straw was being disconnected again from the call with the "Advanced Technical Service" rep.
Incredulous and out of breath from frustration, I decided to drive to a local xFinity Store (River St, Santa Cruz, CA). I didn't have to wait more than a minute before I was being helped by Peso Smith.
Peso Smith's diligence and patience far exceeded what I was capable of and far exceeded my expectations. From beginning to end, Mr. Smith worked on my mobile phone issue for 1-1/2 hours. During that time, he exhausted his local office resources and then, ultimately, spent a solid chunk of time on the phone with the external xFinity Mobile phone customer service.
At one critical juncture, after an extended time on the phone, I heard Peso Smith say to the representative on the other line "that doesn't sound very reassuring... how can we be sure that he (me) will get a call back... and not have to experience more of this same type of cyclical performance that leads no where..."
Peso Smith went to bat for me! And, I struggle to think how many other people out there, would do the same for someone in the same situation. The buck could have been passed easily, but instead, Peso Smith reeled in the other representative and held on until the issue was finally resolved. Really unbelievable!
Once resolved, we shared sincere joy and fist bumped! The final outcome was a testament to Peso Smith's level of professionalism, wherewithal and true integrity that renews my faith in the world.

Hy Nguyen our Xfinity Rep for our apartment complex is THE MOST helpful person I have incountered within Xfinity. Trying to understand the best plan option to achieve your home life can be confusing but Hy makes this process the simplest and most cost effective for our family. He goes above and beyond to answer and and ALL questions we have at anytime regarding our plan and keeps us informed of any upgrades and changes.

By all accounts, the employees at this store have exceeded my expectations on almost every visit. Granted, my expectations for any interaction with Comcast are unfathomably low, but I would even go so far as to say that I've never had a bad experience here. The employees are always quick and to the point when serving you, rarely trying to up sell you on anything or talk you out of cancelling. They have always been knowledgeable about equipment and procedures. They have never been rude or prying. My only subpar interaction I've ever had was when I was unceremoniously shown the door when I asked them to match an online discount in store, but I understand that the employee's hands must have been tied in that situation. Overall, shockingly pleasant

Had a good experience here, better than expected for sure. Had to come back a second time due to a problem with T-mobil and switching my service but both gentleman who helped me were excellent. Thanks you Tyler and Bence for your help. Friendly but not overly so in that false sort of way. They helped me to save money and figured out what was the best option for my families plan. So glad to be done with T-feeble...I mean T-mobile.

I am a total techno-idiot and I was getting hourly calls (on my landline - I don't own a cell phone) about my Amazon account being charged $999.99. (Of course every caller ID was different.) I was getting a little freaked out because I wondered if these calls would be coming all night long. I went to the Comcast store and Harrison Landers (my hero!) after showing me how to block calls sent me a link so I could do it when I got home. Ahhhhhhhhh, peace and quiet now. Thanks!

Very cool staff and super helpful. Really get the feeling they know what they're doing in this store. They tend to keep their lines moving and are pretty attentive. Good with problem solving and technical stuff. I normally hate going into phone stores and dealing with shopping for a plan etc. but these guys always make the process smooth and easy and they don't seem to hate their jobs like so many phone store people often do. It's true that sometimes this store does get busy but hey, that just means they're doing a good job and people like them. Their inventory is pretty decent. I think during covid they had some staffing issues with trying to keep enough personnell in the store but that's also totally normal for the times we are living in. They have some high staff turnover but regardless of when you go the people there try their best to be friendly, helpful and accomodating. It seems like xfinity has some pretty decent cell phone plans. Most places offer competitive pricing these days but if you are already an xfinity cable customer you can get some really good deals on cell phone plans and packages. Give this place a try if you're in Santa Cruz.

I had just moved back to Santa Cruz and needed to get TV service and internet. After setting up a plan with Xfinity over the phone I needed to go to their store to pick everything up. The people working there were helpful and courteous. The store was clean and not crowded. It was a pleasant experience. This happened three months ago and masks were not required at that time.

The story has completely been renovated and that has made all the difference now. Before I couldn't stand going there but now the customer service is doing so much better and with the store's redesign it has allowed for a lot more people to be held at the same time which makes all the difference in the world. You should spend no more than 30 minutes and there is not much less. I was able to come in with a broken box and they simply replaced it with very few questions asked
