Our selling situation was unorthodox and challenging on several dynamic levels. We did not have one of those perfectly turnkey homes; on the contrary it was a situation consisting of recent cured Notice of Violations on record, an awkward floor plan and a single bathroom with four bedrooms - a tougher sell looking for top dollar. Bri spruced it up wonderfully with her experience of designing and building her own homes along with her firsthand knowledge of what it takes to develop something a bit rough and turn it into something desirable for buyer traction. She arranged her pocket team of affordable builders, coordinated and practically GC'd our whole home renovation update in less than two weeks - unheard of in the current Santa Cruz market. And did it with grace. Her patience, resilience, professionalism and positivity kept a challenging project on track. Other challenging personal dynamics were involved which Bri handled with the utmost tact, understanding and sensitivity as well. I do not think that any other real estate agent that I met could have navigated and completed this task under our circumstances.
