We've been with Jim Flynn for over 50 years. He's come through for us in all kinds of disasters and mundane situations. His staff is responsive 24/7. Jeana has been our agent since she started working with Jim 30+ years ago. She is the BEST! I can't recommend them highly enough. Ten stars if that was allowed!

Jim Flynn’s Felton, CA office has taken care of all my insurance needs for the past 29+ years. Jim and Jeana have always been available and helpful. My husband and I had a bad RV accident and we were both hospitalized for couple of months. They took care of all the paperwork for the incident and my husband and I concentrated on healing.

I had 2 days to get a policy in place after being cancelled by Nationwide. Jeana was extremely responsive, thorough, and clear and helped me get everything done in just a few hours over email and a short phone call to provide billing information. I was very happy with the way it turned out!

I was trying to find the number of the office when I saw some people posted bad reviews of Jim Flynn’s office. I have always found this office helpful. My family has been insured by Flynn’s branch since the early nineties. Some case history: After my wife had her diamond sheared off her custom wedding ring and lost forever to the Trinity river during a rafting trip, the State Farm back office was only going to pay to replace it with a mall jeweler price. We talked to the local office and they went to bat for us and they paid for the original custom jeweler to do a replacement.
Recently a person destroyed the passenger side of my car and my back bumper and left me spun around in a 180 and stunned. The other driver told the CHP some tall tale while I was still in shock and barely able to communicate. State Farm back office took my statement and they went to bat for me against the liar and his AAA insurance. I am sure a major part of the reason the back office stepped up is that the local office talked to me in person about the accident. They were very supportive and reassuring. I got compensated for the $5000+ in damages for repairing the side and back bumper of my car.
You might be able to find cheaper coverage, not sure, but you won’t find a more helpful team than Jim Flynn’s team.
