Nice small store with train related souvenirs and shirts.

I paid for my items and was NOT offered a bag until after my transaction was complete. So I had to have them run my card again. When running my card for second time their credit card machine was failing to work. I had only 15 minutes left to grab food before boarding train so when the machine failed to charge me $0.25 for bag I just said I have to go and walked out. The young man traded I’m like I’m strong for owing him $.25 but I would say he owed me because he did not offer me a bag until after my transaction was complete and his machine was failing to work and I needed to get food for my blood sugar before my train was going to leave. Next time, just be courteous about making a mistake, and treat the disabled person with some respect for your system not working.
