Love the employees here. Lines do tend to get long but, they do open up more registers.. always clean and friendly

Melissa is the steward of excellent customer service. She assisted me with curbside pickup in the most efficient and friendly manner, providing a level of help that you wouldn’t expect at any big box grocery store. Bravo!

My favorite store to shop at. I really like the produce selection and has everything we need. Prices are going up everywhere but if you download the safeway app on your phone you can scan deals in the store to get special digital coupon deals that you wouldn't get otherwise. It's the modern day version of clipping coupons.

It's a grocery store. They're aren't many different aspects to love or hate.

The lines can be long as they rarely have enough checkers, and inevitably one or more of the self check out machines is down. So if you go have a lot of patience and time, you likely will be waiting for a while.

Stopped at Safeway in Felton yesterday on the way to Cowell Redwoods State Park. Bathroom was most helpful! Got a combo meal at the deli. The Chicken tenders were the best I have had in years! The seafood salad and ambrosia salad sides were also excellent quality. The server was very kind too. My niece and I were totally impressed by this hidden gem which the locals seem to recognize too. Many thanks from a traveler!

I was in the store yesterday, and it was busy, but no more than usual for a weekday afternoon during lockdown. Lines were long, but the cashiers were working fast so it really wasn't an issue. I guess a lane closed and some people got confused about the lines so they weren't helped right away, which for some reason lead to a very large tantrum from two extremely entitled customers. I watched two employees and one manager politely apologize over and over, while explaining that they were doing their best in a tough situation. Despite the kindness, both ladies spent the next 10 minutes loudly complaining about how they were treated. I wanted to let the staff know that you handled this very well, and I've been impressed with how seriously you have been taking this situation. I was greeted on the way in with a clean cart, my line went lightning fast, and somebody thanked me on the way out. No one deserved to be treated the way you were. Thanks for keeping us safe and fed. You guys rock.

First time at this location, clean, well stocked, nicely laid out & our checker was polite - we split our products in two separate transactions and he handled it asking all the right questions

Store was very clean and employees friendly but the lines for check out were incredibly long due to a limited amount of employees being present. I waited in line longer then i shopped.

Been going here for 7 years and I love it! It doesn’t have as big of a selection as the Scotts Valley store but the customer service makes it worth going. Blair, Molly, Rory are always so helpful. Many others too but those are the ones that popped into mind right away.

This Safeway is very small but it has fresh vegetables and fruits, you can pick up a fresh Breakfast made from scratch. They are open 24 hours they also have complementary Wi-Fi, they also have good prices, at night this story is empty nobody shops at that time so you can go and the entire store is yours, around 5AM people on their way to work stop to buy their lunch since they have healthy prepared daily food. Restrooms are clean and the marble floors are super shiny.

It's Safeway. That said, everyone knows everyone on first name basis. Big enough store with a bigger heart because of the people and the small town vibe. I've shopped here for more than two decades and I'd rather shop here than go to Costco. My opinion.

Very cute little Safeway. The aisles are spaced out wonderfully. They have a little bit of the normal stuff and things you can't find in any high populated store.

Safeway is always great, hands down best chicken tenders in the state!

Love the people small store . Dont ever buy from their deli uncooked or dried out chicken people who work deli rude.but everyone else butchers checkers manager are the nicest helpful happy

I shop here weekly. Love it. The best employees. Very polite and helpful. Great produce department. All the things you would expect from Safeway.
