I was given three different amounts by phone when renewing my policy to pay by installment. My account on the app showed a fourth amount. There was also a hefty percentage of the total six month policy added to the first month's installment payment. When I told the agent it sounded like deceptive practices as the numerous costs given by phone did not match my account page, I was given a lame excuse about glitches in the system.
