I like this gym. Everyone else is very nice and non judgmental. I am a mom and haven’t had too much time to get back into the exercise regime until recently. I signed up for 24 hour fitness originally but didn’t feel like I fit the crowds there - many middle age and older men and some high school kids so I thought I would try planet fitness . I felt more at home and comfortable looking like an idiot while trying to figure out the weight machines. They have a great app that has video tutorials for each machine ( you can scan a QR code on the machine with your camera ). Also guided work outs for all levels. If you sign up for the $25 membership you also get free massage chairs and tanning booths and bed . Very worth the price !

A truly judgement free zone! Staff was helpful and friendly, patrons minding their business and staying out of each other’s way. Everyone cleans machines. The layout is a little wonky, but who cares. There were literally people of all ages and sizes , I love it! Would recommend to everyone!

I have been going to gyms for over 12 years now. I used to think Planet Fitness was a gym for people who weren’t “serious” about working out. Eventually, I got past that petty mindset and two years ago I decided to try out Planet Fitness in Petaluma. I loved the affordability and selection of equipment. Yes, there are no Olympic barbells (no bench presses, deadlift platforms, free standing squat racks). However, the amount of smith machines and diversity/amount in hammer strength equipment more than makeup for that.

I switched to Rohnert Park Planet Fitness in May 2023. I was disappointed initially at the poor layout of the facility. Within a few months, a large construction project began to practically redesign the whole facility.

After, the layout was so much more accommodating and there were even additional equipment pieces added - definitely more pieces than Petaluma, now. They have also started incorporating 24 hour operations during the weekdays. I have had friendly run-ins with the staff and they have always been helpful. I go at 5AM so it is a select group of people at the gym at that time. I am glad I have decided to patronize Planet Fitness in Rohnert Park. The value for your money is seriously incredible.

Planet Fitness is such a great company and their Rohnert Park California club is no exception. The team members are so friendly and the club is spotless. Join Planet, F COVID get back to working on yourself as soon as possible.

This is my first ever gym membership as an adult, and I've had it for about 5 months before I finally found the courage to go. All I can say is the staff is really friendly and I was really happy to see that there are people of all shapes sizes and ethnicities here!

Planet Fitness has definitely changed my life around :) Every since I've signed up about 4 years ago!!! I am starting to see more results and getting a lot more stronger :) The main people that work at the front desk are extremely awesome and nice!!!!

Very nice looking and clean gym. Staff is friendly and helpful. Crowded on the weights during the evenings (expect that anywhere), but the cardio stuff is always available. Massage chairs are great after an intense session. People here actually wipe down the equipment after they use it 😳👍

Super clean. Recovery lounge is great! And the staff is super nice.

It's a wonderful place to workout...I've only been going for a couple months now and although I'm a little chunky I've had really handsome, nice men come up to me and encourage and compliment me and my commitment to get fit. Everyone seems happy to be there and smiley.
The Staff is absolutely wonderful and the place is just spotless!

Good balance of cardio & strength machines. Generally like the layout compared to other PF locations. Staff is extraordinary though, super friendly and attentive to cleanliness which is so appreciated during the pandemic. Glad to see them reopened with the right safety precautions.

Being far from athletic, I never thought I'd miss going to the gym. This is due in large part to the wonderful staff at this Planet Fitness branch. Josh, the trainer, was the first person to show me around the facility when I joined a few years ago. He is the most upbeat person I've ever seen, and an inspiration. Jessica, the manager, is hard working, kind, and efficient. Andrew, and the other front desk staff, are all welcoming, and lovely. I am very sad that this terrible pandemic forced this gym to close, but I am looking forward to visiting it when it re-opens.

It Cost $22. @ Month And a $40. One-Time Administration Fee for an Entire Year to Join. You Can Work Out, Get A Massage, Take A Shower With Your Stuff Tucked Away In a locker, ( You Supply The Lock). They Remodeled Both the Men’s and Women’s Locker Rooms About 6 Months ago. The Place Is Pretty Clean. They Have Personal Trainers That Are Knowledgable About Health. Quite Near The City Center as Well. Lots of Other Businesses Close By as Well.

Planet Fitness in Rohnert Park is the only gym I've ever liked - and stuck with. It's a great place for normal people to get fit without all the ego and fanfare. I always feel safe and comfortable there. The staff is amazing - always friendly, informative and helpful. The equipment, locker rooms, showers and bathrooms are constantly being cleaned. It's conveniently located, there's plenty of parking, and I hardly ever have to wait for a machine. And for $10/mo. it's a steal.

I absolutely love the 'no judgment' attitude at this establishment. The atmosphere, the cost, the cleanliness, at equipment....well, everything. Also, the 'no cell phones on the workout floor really appeals to me. I don't have to listen to vapid, loud, inane conversations. And no one is sitting on a machine texting and checking out their clothes, makeup and hair while others are waiting to use that machine. It's not a meet (meat) market, but people are friendly and polite. I encourage everyone to use Planet Fitness.

I really like this gym. I'm a 20 year gym rat, and this place is clean, well equipped, well maintained, and well staffed. At between $10-$20 per month, it's a steal! I just wish I could get there more often!
