In stark contrast, their competitors down the street not only refused to help but conveyed an unwillingness to assist in ordering a new hot tub cover—a Christmas gift for our father. After three weeks of futile attempts elsewhere, Donna handled the entire process in under 20 minutes! It was a true Christmas miracle!

Bought our spa from here three years ago and have been very happy with it. The installation was quick and efficient and any questions were promptly answered. Unfortunately a month ago the spa developed a leak and that's what prompted me to write a review. Donna in their service department has gone above and beyond to help us offset the cost of this out of warranty repair. She has strongly advocated for us in multiple exchanges with the factory and is saving us a substantial chunk of money on the repair. We love our spa, we love Donna, and we love The Spa and Sauna Co.

Bought my spa here in 2020. Sale, delivery and installation went super smooth. I’ve used their valet detailing service several time; Very satisfied.

In December 2023, my tub had an electrical issue. I was able to get an appointment within a week. The tech, Doug, was excellent, efficient and friendly. Fixed the problem quickly.

Bought our hot tub from here in 2021, Beam II I think is the model. Works great and we love it. We use it constantly. I noticed that the Ozone module wasn't working properly, called The Spa and Sauna to setup a service call, they sent Doug out and he fixed it, no problem. We bought our Hot Springs JetSetter NXT tub in 2018 and it's been remarkably durable. Scott advised us on which tub best fit our needs and we really appreciated his expertise. After 6yrs, the tub is a favorite but the ozonator gave-up the ghost. So we contacted Scott and he helped route our request. Donna is a great service coordinator and super helpful scheduling our 1st professional service. Our technician, Ray arrived exactly as scheduled, spent ample time, answered all my questions, demonstrated how to keep our tub running correctly for years to come and was really nice. No complaints, just very thankful to all the staff at the Santa Cruz store.

Newly in the market for a hot tub i have visited a few outlets and fully enjoyed my time at the Spa and Sauna Co.
The Show room was quaint and had a little bit of everything. The most memorable detail was hands down speaking with Donna. She spent quality time with me going over hot tub types and some pricing. Donna’s Positive friendly attitude kept me engaged and never made me feel pressured to close now. Efficient and timely. Great job from the technician who drained and cleaned our spa to the specialist who trouble shooted our problem. I called and spoke with Donna regarding a leak in my Hot tub as well as an issue with the filter system. She took the time to walk me through troubleshooting the filter issue as well as scheduling a technician to come out fix the leak. Less than 24 hours later the technician arrived and fixed the leak. Donna provided excellent customer service skills and is true asset to your company!
