Beautiful, comfortable, and very well made furniture my Mom got me here!

I had bought a couch at another store. I have a weird front entrance and the delivery folks refused to even try to get it in the door -- it was possible. I then went to SD and found a couch that is much more "me" and I realized that the other store's failure was actually to my benefit. The universe must have been listening! I told the saleswoman my dilemma, gave her measurements and photos of the entryway, and she went to bat for me with her delivery people so I was assured it would be delivered before I would place the order. The couch came today and I couldn't be happier. It's beautiful, comfortable, and very well made.

We are very happy with our discount furniture from Scandinavian designs. There was an issue with some of the legs not being delivered however Carlos and Chester resolve the problem quickly and more to our satisfaction I would highly recommend this store in particularly Carlos and Chester if you ever need furniture at a

I was looking for a good quality, comfy, leather couch that wasn't going to break the bank. After doing a TON of research I decided to pop-in to Scandinavian Designs in Santa Rosa, CA. They have two giant warehouses full of furniture and I had spotted the couch I liked from the website in the clearance warehouse (woohoo). I called the next day and ordered the couch. Everything was easy and almost enjoyable, the customer service was exceptional from the time I ordered to when the couch was delivered. I could not be happier with my purchase and will definitely be using SD for future furniture purchases. Solid quality, price, delivery, and service! Photo doesn't do it justice

My wife and I have shopped at Scandinavian Designs for over 30 years. Styles change. Kids move out. Remodels. You name it.

Our experience has been one where you're greeted warmly and the staff without being overbearing..... always right there with thoughtful advice, attention and a tape measure when we need one.

The furniture is solid and well designed. I'm sitting at an office desk I bought more than 25 years ago. I'd add a photo, but it's a mess.

Did I mention Karen? Our favorite assistant in the store! They're all great........... but, we've worked with her on nearly every purchase since moving to Sonoma County.

I've loved Scandinavian furniture for decades. It's wonderful to have a local Scandinavian Design store nearby. I love the woods that are used, real wood, not composite. Over the years I've bought several pieces. I just had a loveseat delivered. The guys were great, took their time and care in removing the old couch and reaching with the new one. I had just moved to a new property and was in need of a coffee table and a dresser. I went to several furniture stores but couldn’t find anything to my liking. Scandinavian designs in Santa Rosa was the one that I went to get my pieces. They have quite a large selection. Their furniture is beautiful and the customer service was outstanding. Magaly was the salesperson who helped selecting my furniture she was excellent. If you are still looking for furniture this is a place to go to, I highly recommend it.

My favorite furniture store in Sonoma County, no question. We furnished two bedrooms and part of living room with their Bolig product line this Spring. The designs are perfect for a modern home. The showroom is inviting and spacious. And the prices are completely reasonable. Compared to the online store, they deliver faster and are much easier to work with. Highly recommend.

Scandinavian Designs had excellent customer service. Their products are good quality. We have bought many pieces from them over the years. 17 years ago we bought desks and file cabinets for our office. They have withstood the test of time and we are still using them. It continues to be or go to place whenever we need any new furniture for home and the office. We like the modern style, and they tend to carry a larger selection of colors.

Ordered a Gammel desk with reversible storage return. The quality and assembly instructions were great. Store staff in Santa Rosa allowed me to ship it to their store to avoid online shipping cost, which was very nice.

Best Contemporary selection in Sonoma County, excellent value, and incredible customer service! When we moved here in 2014 we bought our living room and bedroom furniture here. Karen helped us & made the process very easy from purchase to delivery. Now that we’ve lost everything in the fires last October, we’re having to replace all that & more. We’re returning to Karen and Scan Design because their selection and prices are still great. All the staff there is very helpful & professional, right down to the warehouse folks where you can pick up small items & the delivery crew.

Excellent service by Santa Rosa SD warehouse staff!!! who generously helped me out of a pinch. Had bought furniture at this store before but never needed much "service." Recently bought a cabinet for office, and decided to put it together myself with friend. Both of us are not inexperienced in this, but needed reasonable directions. Directions were terrible (pics only, omitting critical steps, created for a variant of my cabinet so placement of hardware parts all wrong). Hardware "re-dos" broke down particle board pre-drilled holes, and hinges on one door wouldn't hold. Warehouse staff came to my office, assessed the situation, ordered a new cabinet, put it together for me, and used their own vehicles and personal time to make the swap. They asked for no money. I felt rescued from an unfortunate situation by good-hearted workers, proficient at their jobs, who stood by the product, and showed the utmost respect, kindness, and generosity. I could not have asked for anything better.... And, yes, I offered them a fair exchange. And no, I am over 60 years old.

We've made many purchases from Scandinavian Designs in Santa Rosa and love the furniture. The salespeople have been helpful including helping to get the items in our car. Thanks - we will be back soon.

Quality furniture, I’ve purchased a bookcase, loveseat, bed and dresser and every single item is high quality. The service with purchasing and the delivery and set up was outstanding. The guys who brought in my furniture and set up the bed and bookcase are professional and friendly.

Shopping for furniture at Scandanavian has always been a positive experience. They have great selections and the prices are not super expensive. Karen, who has worked there a long time is very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. The store was kind enough to give all fire survivors a discount on furniture after the fires last year.
