Sushi Hana

Love it here! We have been coming once a month for seriously over 5 years, and have been coming for 20. We love it- always great, sesame chicken is a must! The tempura specials for lunch are also our favs, we love to order the onion, potato, and chicken, have never found this option anywhere else!

My boyfriend and i went for dinner. It took about 2 minutes to be seated. For however busy it is you may choose your own. This place definitely has the best tempera. Their steak is not chewy and the portions are always bigger than you expect. Theyre dragon roll is excellent along with the miso soup. If you order udon it comes in a size simular to a salad bowl. Highly recommend. Been coming here for 6 years and the place has never made me feel ill.

We were there on a very busy night (Valentines Day), but the staff handled it well. The three sushi rolls we had were fabulous.

This has been my go to Sushi place for a decade. This was my first visit back since covid and BAM the service is still on point the plates are beautiful! Who doesn't like eating delicious works of art. It is always a feel good visit!

Best and original sushi place in Sebastopol. Family run. Consistently fresh and delicious. Much prefer this almost “hole in the wall” spot over other newer spots in Seb. Nicer people here for sure.

Sebastopol's premiere sushi restaurant. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food quality was tops. And you get a lot for your money, to boot! Don't pass through this town without stopping in for a bite to eat.

Saturday on a rainy day comforts food. Lovely miso. The sumono had fresh fragrant strawberries. Sunshine on a gloomy day. Scallop was really good. Smoked Oyster. Salmon Roll.

Pretty basic menu choices. Perfect full moon food.

This is one of our favorite restaurants. We have been going here since my son was about 6 years old and he is now 28. Wednesday and Saturday they have Buck Night, although I think the cost is about $1.25-$1.75 per piece now. I love that their crab dishes are all made with real crab, not the fake crab (pollock) that most restaurants serve. Their dinners are always delicious, too. My favorite is Ton (pork) Katsu, but the Tempura dishes are also great. We usually order the Sesame Chicken appetizer, which is crispy perfection! Can't say anything bad about Sushi Hana. Wait service is even fantastic!

Their food is absolutely delicious. They are hands down the highest quality sushi at the best prices I've had in Sonoma County. If you want to leave with a full, happy belly and a smile on your face, give them a try, you won't regret it.

I haven't had their lunch special in years and their tempura and dipping sauce is even better than I remembered. Coming on a Wednesday or Saturday at lunch means you can have the best of both worlds: an affordable selection of sushi and tempura. Combined with lovely service? Will definitely have me coming back soon for more.

The best sushi in California!! Ive eaten at most of the sushi spots in Sonoma county but Hana is consistently the best. Service can be slow because theyre often busy. But it's sooo worth it! My mom came to visit for a week and we ate here twice she liked it so much. Wednesday and Saturdays they have discounted rolls. The Dynamite and the Gilroy Roll are my favorites :)

Service was amazing, Katie was sweet and just the right amount of attentive. She recommended a vegetarian roll and she was right - Delish! My daughter found the sushi rice too sweet. We will definitely be back. SO good.

Oh yeah bro best sushi in town dawg. Being the... Well known Google maps reviewer that I am, you all should take my word bro. I come here a ton and I always get the salmon avocado roll and its bussin not gonna lie. Really good dawg I recommend it

Great sushi! Happy hour Wednesdays! Great sushi place for the family! Lots of selection, great flavor, and lovely presentation. I found the community coat rack adorable and charming! Super service! Head on over to sushi Hana for a lovely and fairly quiet Japanese dinner in downtown Sebastopol!

While my experience consisted of ordering thru a 3rd party web app walking in, grabbing my food and leaving, I can say with complete assurances that my food was good, fairly priced, and was ready quickly. I don't think you can ask for much more currently. 5/5 would eat again.
The only that I need to mention is the sushi rice is very sweet, compared to other Japanese restaurants, but I don't think it effects the food negatively.

First time we visited was probably in 1977, when it was half the size. Eating there every few months since, always finding the chefs and waitstaff friendly and efficient. They always greet us with a smile. Reliably tasty and fresh sushi. Hamachi Kama is a favorite of ours.

I love sushi and I love Sushi Hana. The food is delicious and they are affordable. the staff is very considerate. They are good with children too. So if you want good affordable sushi bring the family and enjoy.

Excellent cut of beef in the teriyaki beef, cooked to rare perfection. My family said their sushi rolls were great as well.
