I recently had an awful experience at The Vallejo, CA Office Max. The Store Manager behaved very unprofessional. I went above her head and the General Manager and Corporate both called me and apologized and they made things right! They turned an awful situation into a much better one. I appreciate their prompt response, their professionalism and their willingness to help me come to a resolution. I’m giving 5 stars based on the resolution.

The staff went out of thier way to locate the product and provide further assistance in acquiring additional needed supplies I would have not found on my own. Thank you OfficeMax

The store is very big and neat organized and over the employees are very helpful

I came to OfficeMax when they were about to close. My printing job did not go well and the machine was overcharging me. The manager was very kind and gave me a refund and the two cashiers worth also very nice and understanding considering it was time to go home.

Today I had the pleasure of being helped by Mel. I needed to print out some school work and I couldn't figure it out on my own. Mel was very patient with me and helped me figure out how to print a few lectures and slides I needed. I took more than an hour of his time because of the format of my files. But he reassured me that we would figure it out and get my school work printed. I really appreciate how thoughtful and friendly he was. We need more kind people like Mel in the world. Thank you so much Mel for helping me get my school documents printed. YOU ARE AWESOME!!!

Experienced help was there to assist us with our decision of an office chair thereby making the decision that much easier. The chair was in stock in the store and the person at the checkout loaded the chair in our vehicle also. A very pleasant experience and some great prices too.

Easy to find stuff and friendly staff

Store cleaned and organized the associates were nice and polite and knowledgeable of the store where everything was placed in the store 😊 I like it 😁.

Great customer service from staff member Ayeesha on the morning of 4-4-2022. She took the time to walk me around the store to find the item that I needed. I really appreciated that even more because I was on a tight schedule that day. Keep up the great work Ayeesha!

Had a good experience shopping at the Vallejo Office Max: had help finding hard-to-find items, patient clerk was nice when I fumbled trying to locate my credit card in my messy purse. This is my favorite office supply store.

OfficeMax Vallejo is a beautifully presented store with outstanding knowledgeable and friendly employees. Their associate Kiera back in printing was remarkably kind and completely knowledgeable pertaining to my printing issues. I will definitely return.🌹

I dread heading out on Black Friday as stores are generally a mess so I made sure to head in after the rush and had fingers crossed to find the item I wanted. When I walked into store I was greeted by a friendly employee, she quickly told me where to find all of my items and gave me a sale paper. Being black Friday one of the items on sale wasn't in stock, happily helped me get it ordered online quickly and efficiently. I can't think of an easier shopping experience I have had anywhere recently, will be back!

I want to share that I frequent the Vallejo, CA store x 5 years now. I want to commend the young man running the store now as I believe his name is Romel. I have NEVER and I mean NEVER in my entire time coming here seen the Manager of the store actually WORK!!! He is always on the go and strives to answer as many customers questions as possible. I even visited during the COVID early stages and it was unfortunate he was short staffed. I am sure he has no control over budget given to him to staff adequately. He needs to be acknowledged and I am going to ask him next time I am in there.He has been at the register, copying section, carrying heavy stuff from the back, stocking etc.. He really does a great job I need yo let you all know. Please don't run this Manager away like the others because I have never been happier in these 5 yrs.

Ordered and picked curbside pick up, once there they the app stated I was there and a store rep came out and put everything in my car he was very polite
