Dr. Hutchens showed genuine care when I recently had a few fillings done. She was extra considerate of how I was doing throughout the process. The visit was better than I have experienced with many other dental offices I've had in the past. She was kind and warm and was asking about my sleeves of tattoos and it helped me calm down from any dental anxiety. I did appreciate that she was extra gentle when having to do injections. We finished up the fillings just fine and she did great work! She was informative on what after-care to expect.
In another appointment to get my teeth cleaned, the dental hygienist was gentle and thorough. I can tell she also cares about the work she does. Overall, Dr. Hutchens and her staff made me feel very welcome in the office.

I will also add that the office vibe in general was very nice with the nice big windows and natural light. Rose at the front desk was very nice and answered my many questions. They gave me options and I felt that they were focused more on me and my care vs. charging up insurance with unnecessary procedures. I really appreciate that in a dental office.

I’ve had the best dental care here compared to any other dental practice. Dr. Hutchens and Rachel have been amazing. I appreciate the evidence-based advice that they give. Telling patients what to do is important, but Rachel and Dr. Hutchens also tell me why the recommendations are made. I understand that this takes extra chair time, but it empowers patients to know how best to care for themselves. Kudos!

N Street Dental is a wonderful practice with amazing staff! Dr. Hutchens is a true professional with an incredibly comforting bedside manner. She's conscientious and conservative, you never have to worry about her trying to upsell unnecessary or premature services. She's been caring for my teeth for years and I highly recommend her, whether your teeth are in good health or not, Dr. Hutchens is who you need to see...she'll take good care of you and your teeth!

Dr. Hutchens and the team at N Street Dental are Awwwmazing! I’ve been receiving dental care for over 20 years by Dr. Hutchens and she is the most diligent, knowledgeable and thoughtful dentist out there! I brought in my 12 year old son to have his cavity filled and front tooth fixed. He was nervous to get a shot in his mouth, but Dr. Hutchens was very gentle and reassuring while she explained the entire process, so it put him at ease for the procedure. He liked the dental assistant Victoria and said, “ she was super nice!”. He was so proud walking out of the office with his tooth repaired. He had been embarrassed for awhile about the chip and he is now confident showing off his smile! I know how he feels, because I too have a chip in my front tooth that Dr. Hutchens fixed perfectly:)

The front desk manager Rose was friendly and efficient while setting up appointments for all 5 of my family members with our dental needs and convenience in mind.

The dental office is clean, comfortable, and inviting perched on a conveniently located hill in Benicia with great views of the Carquinez Straits. I live in Martinez, so it’s cool that I have a different view on this side of the bridge, and it only takes me 15 minutes to arrive at the office and well worth it.

I haven't been to a dentist in a long time and was nervous about going in to the dentist. I have a few cavities and a crown was need to fix my teeth. The whole staff at this office is very professional and efficient with the whole process. They are so detailed in the analysis performed on my teeth and even do on-site (same day/same visit) crown molding. If you've gotten a crown before, you know how important it is for the crown to match your bite. The crown they molded for me was so accurate to my bite. So happy to call this my dental office (not going anywhere else)!!!

Love this dental office! The staff is always so warm and welcoming every time I’ve been there. I’ve had appointments for cleanings, fillings, and even a crown, and each experience has always been pleasant (which is a little weird to say about dental work since most people I know don’t particularly like going to the dentist). I’ve had procedures done by both Dr. Lee and Dr. Barretto and they really know what they are doing. They take the time to explain what’s going to happen and are very accommodating while they work. Thank you to everybody at N Street Dental for making my teeth very happy and healthy!

This is the third dentist I've been to in Benicia and its by far the best! Ever Since Dr. Chohan retired from her practice in Southampton Shopping Center, I've been looking for a new dentist. I tried one near First St. and they weren't clear at all about charging me Premiere vs. PPO. However, N Street Dental has been super clear about every charge and the employees at the front desk are always incredibly nice and helpful. The dental hygienists and assistants are amazing, as well, and gave me great recommendations for my teeth. I have to get some work done on my teeth soon and I am not dreading it at all because I know I'll be in great hands!

I highly recommend N Street Dental. Everyone from the time that I called on the phone and then walked into the office has been professional, friendly, and kind.

And gentle! I have sensitive teeth and Samantha who cleaned my teeth did it thoroughly and painlessly. I had the same experience with Nichole who performed the x-rays. I also have to mention Eric at the front desk who though I imagine has a lot to juggle with scheduling and phones is calm and expert at his job. The place is clean and comfortable and I felt safe during this Covid time.

I’ve had some really awful experiences at the dentist and when I was referred to N St Dental in Benicia CA it finally gave me hope that there are still great people in the dental industry. Every time I go I’m greeted by Erick he’s so bubbly and sweet literally every time I walk through the door. Dr. Wong who’s my dentist is AMAZING he truly does care about your dental health and making sure that you get all the information you need about your mouth before taking the next steps. Which I really appreciate. Nichole I believe is the dental assistant and she always makes me feel so comfortable before they start any work on my mouth. I use to really freak out when I was in the chair and Nichole’s great at keeping you distracted with conversation. This place is honestly so great ! If your looking for a dentist that will treat you like you’re apart of their family then this is the place for you.

N Street Dental has very friendly and competent staff that make you feel relaxed and comfortable even when there are drills in your mouth. They send many reminders for your appointments and clearly communicate their plans for getting your teeth right. I hadn't seen a dentist in about 3 years, so I had a ton of work that needed to be done, but Dr. Li didn’t make me feel bad about it and fixed all my issues within a couple weeks. Dr. Li is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. She’s very smart, calm and kind. I really trust her and she’s really good at her job.

I am so glad I gave N Street Dental a call when I moved back to my hometown of Benicia last year. The front desk staff are always extremely friendly, and knowledgeable. I have seen a few different dental hygienists during my various appointments and all of them have been very thorough and you can tell they enjoy their job and you don't feel you are being rushed out if you have additional questions. I have never been scared of going to the dentist, but if you are one who's wary of going, I would recommend giving them a call. I can say with confidence that N Street Dental is truly the best dental office in Benicia and I'm so happy to be a patient of theirs.

I have been going to N Street Dental for a few years now and I have no regrets in choosing them. Front Desk people are amazing. The hygienists and dentists are just as great. I love their office atmosphere! They are very responsive and accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments. I have now moved to Fairfield but I still go to N Street Dental - Benicia for dental needs.

I am a new patient who had my first visit yesterday and I was so delighted and reassured by the staff there, including Dr. Barretto, Nicole and Erick. All true pros who were nice and provided me with great service and lots of needed information for my dental maintenance and preparing me for the final stages of crowning an implant and other specialized treatment and services. Highly recommended!

N Street Dental in Benicia is awesome in every aspect. Their entire staff is accommodating, friendly, respectful, but most of all very positive. Every time I would have an appointment to go I would always look forward to it because of the people who work there.

Absolutely Awesome, Professional and State- of- the- Art Dentistry! I've been going here since they first took over and I have not had one issue or complaint. Both my husband and I are seen here. N Street Dental is my partner and I's dental provider. The staff there are incredibly kind, attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. We have even recommended friends to go and use their services. We've worked with Dr. Lee and Dr. Barretto as well as various dental hygienists. No complaints. They also are very accommodating in communicating with me (I am deaf) and easily email me everything including auto-appointment reminders. Two thumbs up!

I’ve never been fond of dentists since I was little, but since coming to N Street Dental, I have a new found love for it. Dr. Wong is amazing, gentle and her soft spoken voice keeps me calm. Chris, dental hygienist is awesome! Gentle as well and remembers our conversations. Patricia and the other receptionist Jen, I believe that’s her name (sorry if not) are both always personable and friendly. They figure out ways to accommodate my family of 6, in a same day appt.
