I have bought two homes from this group in the past year. The first is my primary home which Shiela Frye found for me. She is the most "on top of it" realtor I have ever had the pleasure to work with. We looked for months and either homes were too expensive or we were not willing to engage in a bidding war. Shiela found us an off market property which we have already been able to add hundreds of thousands of dollars in additional value to. My second home was an investment property in Santa Rosa. Shiela worked her magic here too - we were able to get the home despite 11 other seemingly more competitive offers. Melissa is the best! We are about to close our third escrow with her. She helped us buy a land lot last year.
