Friendly staff and nice atmosphere

If I could name one bar in all of Dixon to be considered a "locals" bar, this would be it. If you're not walking in with someone from Dixon, you might feel a touch uncomfortable here.

I really enjoyed myself, there. It was very down to earth, mellow atmosphere. Very, friendly people. The kind of place i know i would frequent often. It was worth the distance. The karaoke was 👍 great. The kj was most handsome and talented. The bartender was charming. A shame i didn't visit it much sooner, as i will be moving soon.

Wednesday afternoon bartender was super friendly, extremely professional, made our drinks with a smile and conversation. O and the bar has a pool table and 2 outside decks.

I walked in and was warmly greeted by the owner and bartender for lunch and had an awesome hamburger with a side salad which was not iceberg lettuce but a delightful spring mix. I took home some chicken wings for my neighbors who raved about them. I will certainly be back to this fantastic rustic bar and grill!!

Omg like the best bar in the whole world!!! The Bartender Pierce is amazing he is so nice and helpful. Plus he is funny and makes everyone feel right at home. He should get a big raise!

The drinks are right and the food is on point! Definitely a local spot, but we felt welcomed and I totally look forward to returning. 💯 a dive spot that rocks and should never change!!!!

The Buckhorn is the place to be... always a good time. Rich has a great staff, great food and there's plenty of TV's to watch all the big games. Plus their sound system rocks with hands down the best DJ in the area... Brian Speaks

Good place for drink some beer or boost. They have really good hamburgers and also they have a billiard table ($50 cents per game) and knew they do some live music too. Nice place.

Amazing dive bar with GREAT food. Entertainment 4 or more nights a week with karaoke/ dj's/ or bands. Staff is fun and drinks are cheap.

The food portions are large and the food is good but the selection is small

Cold beer, friendly staff and amazing food! The food portions are extremely generous so bring an appetite.

I like the people who go there regularly but I only go a few times a month. The food is good chicken fried with biscuits and gravy.
