CVS

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the young lady took me exactly where I needed to go to find the product and the male cashier was very informative about the promotions and everything going on. It was my first time in that cvs and definitely won’t be my last! Pill crusher works like a charm should have bought one years ago.

Customer service has always been pleasant on my visit to CVS…been going to CVS for ten years plus…

cant believe cvs is still alive. store is usually a ghost town but has all the basics of a drugstore. like a mini walmart with less tweakers.

i recently had a price discrepancie with the over the counter cold meds. We asked for one specifically and it came out to be $5 more expensive, when we asked the question we were told that the price we see on the counter is not for customers. How can they do that, How often does this happen. I did call the store manager the next day he assured me that this was not there practice i told him that i would be in to return the product, i was also told that the Rx manager would be in but when i got there they were not, so i spoke with there shift manager about this and it was obvious that she feels that CVS is in the right, i brought up the issue of wondering how often they charge customers more that what the customer realizes. She told me it dont happen because... and i cut her off at that point and said i can't prove it and neither can she. that's when she because rude with me stormed off to the front of the store to proceed with the refund to get me out of the store. i have alot more to say on this issue but im sure I've said enough for now. I plan on going back to CVS to speak to the store manager on his next scheduled day in store because i dont want anyone else going threw the hassle that i have experienced, maybe Dixon will get anouther corner RX store soon

1) I was in town visiting my folks over a long weekend & we all got COVID
2) I called the pharmacy to pick up my Paxlovid RX & asked them if I could do a drive by & have the RX delivered to me in the parking lot, they said no. asked to speak to the manager and he said no.
3) They told me to have somebody else pick up my RX but we were all COVID positive
4) I called the CVS 800 customer service # and they told me to wear a tightly fitted N95 mask & just walk in and get my RX
5) I was soooo sick that I ended up going in while being COVID positive to get my RX

This is highly socially irresponsible. There are people that may be COVID vaccinated but have underlying conditions that may put them at risk if they are exposed. People at pharmacies are picking up RX's because they are sick and many are elderly. There are other pharmacies near by that deliver to your vehicle if you are COVID positive & are picking up Paxlovid as a result. Don't go to that CVS if you are high risk.

Rude and unprofessional. Staff takes lunch breaks at the time your vaccine is scheduled. Rest of staff is rude and only wants to talk to “customers”. Would not waste your time here.

SHOULD HAVE STAYED LONGS DRUGS
THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES, LEAVING PATIENTS HANGING FOREVER!! INCLUDING DRS OFFICES THEY ARE HORRIBLE NOW I HOPE THEY GET IT TOGETHER REALLY SOON!! EVERYTHING FELL APRT WHEN DEVON THE PHARMACY MANAGER LEFT!!! THEY NEED TO STEP UP THEIR SERVICE IMMEDIATELY
