Cindy along with the other staff are wonderful instructors! Cindy is very encouraging and makes sure her students are set up for success. She emphasizes wanting her students to be successful with both written material and clinical work. You can tell how much she cares about her students and the passion she has for her students and the program. She makes material manageable and presents it a way that is not overwhelming. I would highly recommend taking the MA program with Cindy

Cindy the owner and instructor for the Medical Assistant class is great! The other instructors are also great, they encourage us to practice and learn. If you put the time to study what she tells you to, you will pass the class. Cindy makes it easy to study on your own pace but also pushes to stay motivated. I will be signing up for the phlebotomy class in April

While i was so nervous to do this and thinking to myself i cannot do it , Cindy is very supportive, kind, and an amazing person! This class was very fun and very informative! she makes it to where you don’t feel overwhelmed or stressed at all! she gives you that extra push you needed to get you career going! i would and i have recommended this class to friends! if i could i would take this class again🤣💕

I had an incredible experience with Cindy. Not only did she meticulously prepare us for the national exam, but she also provided a comprehensive study guide that was invaluable in our preparation. Cindy provides you with all the information and tools needed to pass the National Exam, succeed in your externship, and beyond. Her bubbly and energetic personality makes it easy to stay engaged during class. I've taken other courses where the instructors were borderline insulting towards students if they were asked to repeat, or further explain something. Cindy is extremely patient and has no problem taking an extra moment to make sure her students understand everything. She cares about all of her students and it shows in the effort she gives in class. I can't speak highly enough of her as a person, and an instructor.

West Coast Medical Assistant Training Program is a great course if you want to become a CMA. Cindy is very knowledgeable and well-connected. She is super enthusiastic and supportive and available to help support you on your journey as best she can. The class sets you up well for the exam and Cindy helps to find an externship that fulfills yours interests. The labs are also fantastic and give you great experience to prepare for the job!

My experience with west Coast medical assistant training program has been amazing. I was able to grasp on to the lecture with the help of our very dedicated instructor. Who took her time on making sure everyone was receiving the information in a way to process it to understand. The hands on clinical portion was so fun and had help every step of the way. 40 injections and 6 blood draws later I feel so confident in entering the medical field because of West Coast Medical Assistant Training Program. I am so grateful for this training program and appreciative of instructor Cindy she really goes above and beyond for her students. Not only taking her time with someone like myself with learning disabilities to make sure I understand the reading but she even puts in a lot of effort with matching students to the best fit externship location. Helping with resumes making sure your taking the proper steps as far as what is needed to smoothly enter the medical field. Not only was the class effective and efficient and fast ( can't forget that) we also had fun. Laughing and growing bonds with each other. I am so proud and happy I took the steps to join West Coast Medical Assistant Training Program I have now opened up a whole new world of opportunities for myself and my family. I never thought I could push myself this far but honestly with the support and faith our instructor has in us made be feel 100 times stronger. Thank you Cindy and West Coast Medical Assistant Training Program for helping me expend myself in a direction I never thought I would have the ability to join. I would do this program again in a heartbeat and I would recommend it to everyone. Don't hold yourself back because if I can do so can you.

This class is great! Cindy is such a good instructor, she is so sweet and so are the lab instructors. It went by super quick and I learned so much. I finished the lab portion, I will be taking the national exam in two weeks, and my externship has already contacted me about starting in a few weeks! I couldn’t be happier.

I would highly recommend taking this class. Cindy is an exceptional teacher. You will learn everything you need to know to help you become an excellent MA. All the staff go above and beyond to help you excel. Personally, I’d give it more than 5 stars!!!!!

If you are looking for an accelerated and hands on medical assisting course to take, this is the one! Cindy is such an amazing instructor, and truly teaches you everything you know in order to pass your state exam. The way the class is set up is also great, Monday-Thursday are lecture days, and Friday is a skills day. I loved the pace of this course, especially since I was able to become certified in less than 3 months! 10/10 recommend!

Anyone looking to start a career in a healthcare field look no other than westcoast medical training school. The instructor Cindy is very kind , respectful and understanding and that allows the students to progress and succeed in the course . I did my MA , sat for the board exam and passed on my first attempt 😊😊🙋‍♀.Not only is Cindy a good instructor but also has a great sense of humor which brightens the class with smiles and laughter yet still acquiring a skill. Clinicals are hands on with consistent practice for every student which prepares one for the field. Great school !!!!!

I 10/10 recommend taking this program especially for students and people who want to save money and time. This program took around 2 months to accomplish and I've learned so much from our amazing teacher Cindy! She is such a down to earth person, and I love how she gets to the point.

This program is also very hands-on (especially during the last few weeks of class) and I love how it really pushed me to get more comfortable with the practices of a Medical Assistant.

Cindy was an awesome teacher who designed the class in a great way and her high success rates prove it. I commuted over an hour each day and every morning I was still happy to be there and excited to learn from her. She related to us and truly made sure each and every student has the tools that they need to do well. I joined the healthcare community feeling excited and well prepared.

Our instructor Cindy was great. She was easy to get ahold of if any questions occurred after class on homework via text or call. Her classroom environment was kind and clean. Her other instructors Maria and Bridget were also amazing. I plan to take her phlebotomy course in the summer!

Cindy was a great teacher and I learned so much from this program! I appreciated all her help with finding me an externship and her guidance before taking my National Exam. I would recommend to anyone wanting to become a Medical Assistant!

I highly recommend the program at West Coast. Cindy is giving us everything we need to be a successful medical assistant. She's a great instructor and is always accessible to answer any questions. I'm taking the class now and I know for sure I'll be ready for my exam!
