Everyone is so kind and warm at Benicia Family Dentistry. I appreciate the dentists’ attention to detail when working in my mouth. They do everything possible to keep you comfortable as they’re working on you. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

This has been the best dental experience I have had ever. Thorough precise perfectionists. I love this group. They care about what they are doing and make you feel welcomed and comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about them. Seriously best experience in my 50 years of seeing a dentist.

Wonderful and professional care. Top notch cleaning with a caring touch. Dental hygienist, Emily is so gentle you'll barley know she is there. I recently had a few fillings and was gently and well cared for. Dr. Harris is great at listening to concerns and advising on the best care plan for your dental needs. The entire staff is so sweet and considerate! I'm so glad I found them!
