We’ve been with Axelrode for a few months now and have had the best experience! My daughter got her braces today and I was so impressed with how every detail was explained to her and not just to me. She was told about all the tools that would be used, how it would be used and how it would feel so she understood the entire process. Every step was thoroughly explained to her. I think It’s so important to speak to the children so they feel apart of the process! I remember as a kid, nurses and drs only speaking to my parents which made me feel confused and lost on what was happening. Thank you so much for including the patient and not just the parent!!

Dr. Eric Axelrode and the team are so wonderful with our kids! We recommend him to all of our friends and are so grateful for his expertise, kind approach, and friendly office staff. He listens and explains things well, and we have seen amazing results. We also really love his office manager, Gina. She is patient and so helpful in navigating the patient plan. It’s Been a long road, almost two years, but I’m so happy that I went forward to have this Invisalign treatment. My teeth are perfectly straight now, and Invisalign even corrected my bite. It took an awhile and a lot of patience, but so worth it. Just wish I had done it sooner. Im 65, and want to keep all of my teeth until I’m gone. They were starting to get crooked, and creating some problems. Something needed to be done, so glad I did it. I’m so happy👍

Professional and friendly staff. No delays. Dr. Axelrode was provided all relevant information and allowed ample time to ask questions. Gina, the Care Coordinator, was helpful and informative as she explained costs, payment options and next steps in the process. A very pleasant visit.

Amazing customer service. I'm always in and out quickly and everyone is very nice. Today there was 6 patients and 6 employees. They're extremely efficient and respectful of their patients (and their parent's) time.

We needed to alter our appointment time and the staff was very helpful so we did not have to reschedule the entire date. Easy to contact
