Bird & The Bottle

Though I haven't explored much in Santa Rosa, this place certainly adds a burst of great flavors to the scene. The creative blends of food here are impressive, and I'm eager to try more of their innovative offerings. The duck taco, in particular, was perfection—my partner and I enjoyed it immensely.

While some places might start feeling similar after trying a lot, this one stands out. It brings surprises both in taste and the way they craft their menu. Everything we tried was good, and it's evident that there's something special about the unique flavors and creative approach. If you find yourself in the area, definitely make time to give it a try!

The staff were tremendous. Super helpful with how many people of various dishes our group might need, exactly as attentive as they needed to be,

The food was great, tons of different options of shareable plates (except the desserts, because I'm not sharing!). Excellent drink choices for almost all tastes.

We were a large group for a birthday celebration and we all had a wonderful time. We ordered a variety of dishes, all of them fantastic. The octopus and side ribs were the highlight. Leave space for dessert, they were also excellent! The staff were exceptional bringing out dishes and clearing plates as we finished with them. Thanks for a great celebration!

Bird & The Bottle is a delightful restaurant to visit if you're in the Santa Rosa area. The restaurant has a great vibe to it, the service is friendly and attentive, and the food is boldly flavored. Because everything is served tapas style, we were able to try a good variety of items. The portions were generous enough for our family to share and everything was very nicely plated. It's a good restaurant that our family would visit again when we're in the area.

Classy, sleek, super clean and yet cozy and homey. Great cocktails and tapas. Really enjoyed our time. Cool place to chill and enjoy some big flavors with friends and family. Eat less, taste more!

Stopped in for a snack on the way back home, and I discovered my new favorite way to cut fries! The everything fries, tossed with everything bagel seasoning, were quite tasty and fun.

The chicken skin lettuce wraps are a good idea, but felt greasy after a few bites. More sauce to compete with all the fried coating and grease would be good.

Loved the zero-proof Golden Child cocktail, with smoked beets, cinnamon rose water, lemon, grapefruit, and tumeric-spiced coconut cream. Such a smooth, vibrant drink, perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up.

Excellent staff all around! Quickly accommodated our group of 5 at happy hour.

The food, OMG, delectable! I ordered extra burgers after tasting my daughter's. Great options for vegetarians, lactose intolerant and gluten intolerant folks.

Bird and the Bottle is a great option if you’re around Santa Rosa. We made a reservation and were seating on their patio- as we had dogs. The inside has a very cosy vibe but we were comfortable on the patio with heaters. The staff were very polite and helpful.
We ordered a chai bird mock tail and a white wine for drinks. The chai bird was much better than I expected - just the right balance of flavors. From the small plates menu- we ordered a Mac and Cheese, Chicken Sliders and Salmon wings. All three were made with good ingredients and prepared to perfection- would recommend any of those three. The Mac and Cheese was a little too large for a small plate in my opinion 😅
From the large plates section we ordered the cod- it was quite fresh and tasty but the dip didn’t seem to offer much. Still a great dish!
For dessert we ordered the buttermilk panna cotta- I was really glad I saved some space for dessert because it was amazing! The rice crisps were a good touch, whipped cream didn’t make much difference to me but it wasn’t overwhelming either.

Absolutely loved everything we ate and drank! Everything fries are a must. The chicken sliders and the desserts were amazing. Cocktails were outstanding. I highly recommend!!!

This was a good place to stop by for lunch. The plates are smaller in portion but shareable if you want to try a variety of dishes. The crispy duck confit tacos were delicious.

Excellent food it totally delivered. Wish we lived closer! If we are in the are we will be back to try other things on the menu. Try it you won’t be disappointed!

I initially thought the portions were small but I was wrong. They're just right. Happy Hour menu was great. You have to try the Cauliflower TACOS! Actually everything we ate was spectacular.

Go here! I knew from the first bite of the B&B Mini Burgers that this place knew how to cook, prepare food, and most importantly they cared about you, the diner! Service was excellent! I felt really cared for here. Very clean and smart looking indoor dining area. They also, have an elevated outdoor dining area. I didn't order a lot of different dishes but what I did order was on point. The SLOW SMOKED CRISPY PORK BELLY was delicious with plenty of flavor. Dishes are not huge but they are huge in flavor and quality and that's what is important. I'm looking forward to returning here to try many other dishes. Well done Bird & The Bottle!

Surprisingly good tacos at Santa Rosa. Beef cheek and duck tacos are highly recommended! The octopus also very tasty, has happy hour available afternoon with specials. Worth to give it a try if you’re travel around or just enjoy a relaxing afternoon or weekends with your friends !

Cozy restaurant just off of the main downtown area. Menu is very modern and full of choices with great flavor and selection. The wait staff is very attentive and knows their fare.
The food and drinks are excellent. Don't drink on the dessert either. Top notch presentation.

Everything I’ve ever ordered has been phenomenal! The Korean style chicken and carrot cake have been my favorite so far. Absolutely delicious food and drinks!

Came in for a late lunch and I can't remember all the dishes we had (ordered maybe 7 different things) but there wasn't anything we didn't like. Cleared all the plates. I feel like you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Service was also impeccable. Can't wait to visit again.
