Best Western Plus Heritage Inn

My partner and I stayed here on November 22nd and we loved it. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I have stayed here before. This time I did pick the wrong weekend as the rate tripled because of an event. Though the 3rd floor had a pretty good view of the Carquinez Straits. Room was so clean. John V. at the front desk was fantastic. Answered all my questions plus being professional and went out of his way. The night front desk was exceptional also along with in passing any staff.

Me and my friend go to this hotel every few months or so just because we live nearby and we like little breaks from our work lives, and every single time we come we are treated great! Especially from the front desk girl named Karla! So nice and welcoming every single time we check in and makes it easy! Also John is the best as well at front desk! We love hanging out here and the rooms are always very clean 😎

This hotel isn't like any other hotel. This one here sits in beautiful Benicia California. The staff is friendly and they also greet you as if you were a friend of theirs. They have a great breakfast every morning. I recommend this place if you are traveling in the bay area.

We love coming here because we are always greeted by the best customer service in the universe by either Karla or John at the front desk! They’re both usually here and they are literally amazing and make us have such a good experience each time! We’ve met each front desk person but those two have got by far the best customer service. We love the BW INN!

Honestly, I was surprised with how nice this Best Western was. The rooms were clean, spacious (for a hotel room) and well-maintained, there was plenty of light, a decent-sized TV, a refrigerator and microwave in the room. There was also a surprisingly nice fitness center, and a decent complimentary breakfast each morning. The staff was super friendly and helpful and this hotel was close to everything in Benicia. I will definitely be staying here the next time business brings me to town.

Great overnight stop in Benicia. Close to family and downtown. The hotel is pup friendly, which is always a plus for us. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and the hot breakfast provided a good blend of proteins and carbs.

We will be back! We were so impressed with the friendliness of the staff starting with first phone call. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed being able to have breakfast and loved the waffles, but egg dishes could be revamped to taste like real eggs. Besides that, I would give this hotel a 5 star. Value and quality was great.

I’ve been here twice and it’s by far the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a hotel in my 41 years of life! Both times I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by Karime and Patricia…they are amazing to say the least. Legendary customer service and top notch accommodations. Stay here. Trust me, you will NOT regret it! 💯❤

Just got here last night for an extended stay and I can tell it will be a great place. The premises is clean, the rooms and beds very comfortable and the staff are friendliest I've met at any hotel. From the front desk to housekeeping everyone makes you feel welcome. So happy my husband's company put him here. As long as a room is available we will not stay anywhere else when visiting the area. I will post an update in a month but I don't see it changing. Very pleased.

Our stay was comfortable and affordable. The premises is clean and well taken care of. Our room was orderly and the beds were comfortable. We did have an issue with noise from the guests staying above us, but a call to the front desk took care of the issue (they sent security to request the room above us to quiet down and they did). We would stay here again.

During a visit to Vallejo, CA we stayed at Best Western Plus in Benicia. We've
stayed here quite often. Upon arrival we were welcomed with warmth and friendly greetings. We had an issue with the sink and the maintenance man came and cleared the problem immediately. Everyone we came into contact with were very cordial and helpful. Best place to stay

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable. There is renovations going on, but I never heard any noise during my stay unless I was in the hallway. They did an awesome job of making my stay a very pleasant one. I would highly recommend this location to others.

Couldn't ask for more. The staff was so hospitable. Very well maintained facility with beautiful rooms. Free breakfast was much better than I expected. Darlene so nice and friendly and was able to correct mistakes made when I made reservation through Expedia. I am now a big Best Western Plus fan. Thanks you all. See you again soon.

We stay here about 6 times per year. Nice and clean; comfortable beds; nice staff. It is a good price for what you get. We travel with our dog and it is the easiest place to stay in the Benicia area. The motel has a large dog walking area with poop bags provided.

First off, friendly staff. Very happy to make our stay a pleasant one. The room was perfect. Very nice. Just off the highway, you couldn't hear any traffic. One of the best breakfasts that I have had in a motel. We'll be back!!

Very nice hotel with easy access to the East Bay area & Napa. I stay here frequently and find the rooms to be comfortable and always very clean. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast has a variety of hot and cold options and the coffee is terrific!

Usually 3-4 stars for place like this, but front desk went above and beyond. Rooms were scarce and it was last minute, but they got me nice clean and quiet room for the night. I’ll come back here.

Staff was excellent from the Front Desk and the rest. Because of Covid the pool and spa is closed. Not sure about the fitness room. Right off the freeway you cannot hear them in your room. 7-11 is right around the corner and McDonald's down the street within walking distance but can only use the drive thru. There is coffee in the room, a mini refrigerator, tv and microwave. The room was cozy and comfortable. Mom and I stayed 3 nights today take care of business. Highly recommend to join their Best Western club to get a discount. Would stay again.

An really comfortable hotel with quiet rooms, comfortable bedding, and very clean. The hotel is near the restaurant area in Benicia with excellent choices of various cuisines and price ranges. The complimentary breakfast was excellent offering a great variety of selections allowing the option of a cold or hot breakfast, or, if inclined, you could have both. Our room had bay views which was a nice perk. All staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended as a great place to stay in Benicia.
