Love my new couch and chair! Very comfortable and nice looking. Delivery was fast with no problems.

We did some research before purchasing couches and Valley Furniture had exactly what we were looking for. Judy was very helpful and showed us the available options and even offered to special order something if we wanted. We purchased in store and had same day delivery plus old couches picked-up. The delivery crew was great also, on time and set up couches without any issue. Overall a very smooth experience and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for couches.

Roger was very patient and knowledgeable as a sales person. The delivery team was on time, efficient and polite. We are now enjoying our three-cushion Flexsteel sofa.

Used VF on a few occasions. Always been a great experience, from start to finish. Prices a very reasonable.

My boyfriend and I went in yesterday knowing what type of sofa set we were looking for. Judy greeted and helped us. We got a great deal and our couches were delivered later that afternoon and old ones taken away. Total cost of couches delivery and pick were very reasonable and the entire experience and service was satisfying!!

Bought couch that was too big for room. No problem traded for another and delivered on Sunday. Really nice people

Great prices. Friendly staff. Excellent customer service. Good delivery ethics. These guys went above and beyond to deliver my mattress and set it up. After they delivered the mattress, the smell was too strong for in the house so I had them carry it back outside to vent.The driver told me to call him when I was ready to put it back in my room and they would bring it in. . Super super sweet I called the company two days later, they came over and carried it back up into my bedroom. What an amazing place. This is great customer service.

We found a great deal on a new entertainment center and they let us delay the delivery until after Christmas. That was a great help.
When we called to schedule the delivery they were able to come in 2 days. The delivery was so quick and was delivered within the first 15 minutes of the 2 hour window. We have always had great service over the years with Valley Furniture.

Way better than the surrounding stores. They have the products in their warehouse which is attached to their building. Their prices are competitive. I was able to buy a loft bed and take it home minutes later. I built it myself but I could have had them build it for not much the following day. The sales rep was great. He spent time going over ordering options before we settled on one in stock. I’ve been buying furniture from here for years.

I’ve been loyal to this business, bought all my furnitures since I moved to this town years ago and still buying from them for replacement furnitures. Sellers have been accommodating but not pushy. They know when to leave you alone to shop but always ready to answer questions.

Went in to look for my daughters Double bunk bed and was amazed by the amount of quality furniture in this store. There’s lots of variety to choose & great price. The guy who helped me out was amazing. Delivery was awesome. I will definitely purchase all my furnitures here.

Just want to say that Judy is great & deserves a raise or bonus of some kind. She was attentive and quick with pricing, that we came back and bought another piece of furniture. The prices are good with the summer sale 10% off and no tax added. Delivery is fast but will cost a little extra. Standard. Judy helped the second time as well. We thought she was the owner. Thank you so much!

Ricky was the person who worked with me. As soon as I walked I , he politely introduced himself to me. Then, he took over an hour showing me a broad range of couch options. I took a long time to make a decision, but Ricky was patient and supportive throughout the process. I would definitely buy furniture here again. My furniture arrived about 3 hours after I purchased it. Thanks for an awesome experience!

From the moment we walked into the store through our delivery everything was perfect. Our sales person LeAnn was amazing. Very helpful and patient as we decided on our furniture. She went over special features as to quality as well. We will get all our furniture from Valley Furniture. I recommend this store to anyone looking for the perfect furniture store.

Dealing with Valley was a good experience. We found the items we wanted and the help was professional but not annoying. The delivery was very well done without any problems and everyone we dealt with was friendly and very helpful. We have dealt with other furniture stores that were a disaster so we really appreciated our experience with Valley Furniture. I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience here. The lady that helped us could tell that my dad was really tired and helped up by getting a wheelchair for him and then made it really nice and simple for my dad to pick which bed and mattress he wanted. She also understood that I wasn't going to be able to spend time there picking out what I was looking for since he was so tired. I plan on going back.

We needed a sofa bed and had a great experience at your store. Just wanted to say how much help Rick was. He definitely went the extra mile to help us out and we’re really appreciative.
