Women’s selection could be better but they at least stocked some, in a small womens/ applicable male size. Women need boots too and these stores need to carry them. Irish setter has my respect as one of the only companies that has smaller mens/ women’s sizes. The lady here helped and was super nice

The associates that assisted me were courteous and knowledgeable. Saul was able to find the 1412 workboot in Washington state and arranged to have shipped to the Santa Rosa location. Otherwise I was likely going to have to wait until September as there supply chain shortages for the insulation in this particular boot. Saul's efforts to find my workboot were extraordinary. When I picked up my workboot after being notified via sms text message that Saul had arranged, Jeremy finalized the purchase. Jeremy made me aware of a 10% discount on one of the items, very graciously applied my Union membership discount and was very courteous throughout. The associates at Santa Rosa Redwing are always very courteous and knowledgeable.

You're living in the past if you don't go to this store and get fitted for shoes on their futureistic electronic foot measuring super computer built that i swear was built with alien tech. It measures the size of your foot as well as takes an electronic read of your gait!

I now realize that I've never had shoes. That actually fit my feet the right way... total game changer!

All the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable on their products and how to properly fit them to their customers.

I truly walked away from this establishment a changed man, and I would recommend anybody looking for a solid selection of work boots or stylish and durable streetware to stop in and give them a look.

My last pair of Redwings have over 6 years on them and I'm only replacing because a new job requires black footwear so I'll definitely be putting many more miles on the og pair on my days off.

My friend bought a pair of boots on the clearance rack for $110 so I tried to find something on the clearance rack to but couldn't find anything so it took me a minute because I didn't have that much money but your sales person was patient and helped my find a pair of boots.

Between Sasha and Ulysses, employees there, I had a wonderful experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Just wish the darn boots weren’t so expensive! But you pay for quality, so…

Time and time again I am walking out a happy customer! I have an odd foot size and put my boots through hell with work. The team at Red Wing have always had my back and I've luckily found either the last pair or forgotten pair of boots. Irish Setters now for 7 years and mink oil to help keep them waterproof! My favorite place for shoes hands down.

I visited this Red Wing Shoe store on the recommendation of a friend and I am very happy with the selection offered, the customer service and overall buying experience. I gave the requirements for the boots I needed and the manager, Greg, was quickly able to recommend a variety of boots that fit the bill and made sure I had a perfect fit before making a final decision. The manager was friendly, helpful, and really knew the products his company offered. I will return for my next pair of boots, though it might be a while as the store offers a number of maintenance and service options , complimentary, to ensure a long lifespan for the boots. My woman and I hate shoe shopping. So we don't do it unless we have to. We came back to red wings in desperation. The guy "helping" grabbed box after box of shoes my woman suggested. We were ready to leave, frustrated and unhappy. A young girl came and took over for him. She asked what was needed and brought out the most recent attempt, plus her own suggestion. The suggestion was perfect! Katie is the best shoe sales person we've ever had the pleasure of working with. Thank you Katie. We'll be coming to you every time now.

The staff was very helpful and so knowledgeable. They went above and to make sure I got what I wanted even suggesting 2 other places to look if they didn't have something I liked. I'll definitely be back!!

10/11/18 I'm a Danner boot guy. Always have been. I walked into this red wings store greeted by Nick, store manager. Super friendly, patient, and knowledgable. He helped my process any thoughts and concerns I had about the boots I was trying on. He answered every question to the best if his ability and I walked out a happy red wing customer. Quite possibly one of the best retail experiences I've had. Thank you Nick.

The only place on the planet I trust for foot wear. Sales staff is polite and extremely attentive. Makes getting quality footwear a breeze. Plus free laces for life and boot oiling. Can't beat that at any other place than Red Wing. Going anywhere else is just shooting yourself in the foot. I like to shop smart so I will always choose Red Wing.

My husband got a great new pair of work boots for Chistmas from here. About 4 months later they were filthy. Redwigs offers free detailing of their boots. My mother in law and I went to have the boots cleaned. With the cleaning they also offer new laces at no cost, AWESOME. Guess what I also got a free pair of laces I needed for my roller skates. This store ROCKS.....

I love the real customer service here. Its so hard to find a shoe store that even has the tool to measure your feet for proper fit. The shoe store customer service has gone out the window but not with redwings. I live my new work boits. I can make ut through the week without my feet getting wore out.

I've never had bad service at Red wings shoe store, the staff is always friendly and eager to assist you. Because of past great transactions through Red wing shoe store I will always be a Red wing customer.
