The BEST customer service I've had in a looooong time! Whatever you do, make sure you keep Katlyn around! Great, great experience bc she is exceptionally amazing! Anywho. I'll be back. Emaculate store, which was a pleasant surprise given how messy shoe stores can be after a fitting frenzy. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice fully stocked shelves allowed me to find the exact pair that I needed. This was my first time in this store but I will definitely be back!

I was happily surprised when I brought my kids up to the codding town mall and saw Ashley working at this shoe store as well as the one in Petaluma I thought I was in the twilight zone but nope it was her and she recognized me and asked how my shoes were working for me. She told me she has only worked with this company for a month and she's already gone up to assistant manager well the way she works they'd be stupid to let her go thanks Ashley keep rocking the retail world
