INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE here as always! Had a noise from the engine that they identified as the alternator. They found out it was a month out of warranty but talked the company into covering the parts and labor anyways, AMAZING! They somehow were able to source the parts within hours and my car was complete the same day. Very nice people and super knowledgeable, TOP NOTCH SERVICE!

Friendly, accomodating, professional and faster than but on par with what I’d pay at Subaru dealer for an oil change. They recommended a few other things items and I decided to take them up on it and they even gave me a loaner so I could drive around and do errands nearby until the car was ready. Highly recommend.

The staff is super friendly, appointments are easy to schedule, and they are fair. I know very little about cars but I feel confident that I'm not being taken advantage of when I get my car serviced. They are also able to provide me a loaner car which makes servicing so much easier on me.

Excellent service done on my Honda CRV. The last job they did was above and beyond the scope of the work with no price increase. They include pictures of work necessary. Plus, they have loaner cars available.

I've been taking both my vehicles to Acur-It for years - 2005 TSX 189K, and 2010 TSX 75k. I've never felt that I overpaid for service or parts, or that they were trying to sell me something I didn't need. They have fixed my brakes/rotors, starter, power steering, AC, transmission seal, timing belt, door-lock mechanism, and suspension - shocks/struts. Ask for Jerry, he's on the frontline of customer support, and genuinely a great guy.

This was my first visit. I had always gone to the dealership for all repairs and service on both Honda’s that I have owned. My confidence level in the service at the dealership has eroded, and I decided to try somewhere else. I went to Acurit for minor service maintenance on a 2010 Honda Civic. 12/20/23 Since my post five years ago, Acur-It has been taking care of my 2010 Honda Civic. I just had the latest service last week, which was a tire rotation and an oil change. I was able to wait, and it was finished up before I expected. Friendly service and thorough work. Just can't beat it!

The guys at Acur-it are great. They work on all types of vehicles. They are fast, they are efficient and they don't try to sell you what you don't need. Their rates are great compared to dealers and some other repair places I have been to. My only regret is that they don't do alignments, but then that is the tire dealer's job.
Thanks and hope this brings in more business to them. Oh, they also have FREE loaners if you have something that takes a while and make arrangements ahead of time. That's important.

My first time checking these guys out, I had a broken radiator thermostat in my 2001 Honda Civic and my experience was great. I was taken care of pretty quickly considering the fact that I was just a walk in appointment. Took it in early in the morning and had it back around lunch time. William the owner is one great guy! He does an excellent job at answer any questions and concerns that you might have in a respectful and in an east to understand manner. I knew once I met him, as well as other loyal customers there that day, I knew I was getting the best value the repairs needed. I would definitely recommend the shop to others and look forward to going back to them as well!

I've been going to them for years, first with my Toyota and now with my Lexus. Every time, they've done impeccable work, and for a very good price. They tell me and show me what's wrong, they don't try to sell me other stuff I don't need, and they do the work quickly and professionally. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

I went to Acur it recommended by a good friend that is their customer over 30 years and they didn’t disappoint. They were quick to diagnose the problem, the price was exactly what they said it would be and they didn’t try to push any other issues. No surprises and even with a major issue, the car was ready over night. And above all, they sent me home with a rental, thing our dealership never done for us. Will listens and accommodate your requestes, and the rest of the staff is also very sweet. I strongly recommend their services.

I have been to Acur-It multiple times now. They were recommended by a friend who said they never upsell/oversell or take advantage of a customer's mechanical ignorance, and she was right. I moved further away recently, but I still drive 40+ minutes to Rohnert Park for their services. I recently thought I was going to have to get my brakes replaced but they were honest and said it could safely wait even though they could have easily told me it needed to be done and gotten $300-400 more from me that day. I'm so grateful for these guys!

I love Acur-it Imports. Yes, the prices are slightly higher, but it's worth it if you want the job well done. We've been going to them for years with all of our vehicles. The guys are friendly, knowledgeable and fair. They worked on my Volvo (even replaced the transmission). When I sold it, I recommended that the buyer continue to use Acur-it, and they took my advice. Japanese cars are their specialty, but they've worked on our Volvo, Dodge and Chevrolet, and the work has been consistently high quality.

They are the best! Quick, professional and reliable. Very trustworthy as well, the first time I came to Acur It I was having car troubles and it just happened to be the closest auto repair place. They helped me get up and running free of charge and now I go there anytime I'm having issues or need an oil change. Very relaxing waiting room as well.

I was in California from out of town and my car was being sluggish when I went to start it in the mornings. It was making me nervous so I took it in to Acur It. Mitch and the rest of the staff I met were very friendly and helpful. They worked me into the schedule even though they were obviously very busy. It can be especially scary going to a car repair place when you're not from the area. Anyhow, they were terrific. They tested my battery and found it was fine. The issue was something else altogether and they were super honest and good folks and confirmed I'd probably be fine for my return trip back home. Thank you guys for your great customer service and the peace of mind - I appreciate it!!!
