Tony and Eddie did a great job. They took the time to brush the eves around the house and the entire patio thoroughly before spraying. Positive and friendly attitudes are highly appreciated. They both are a credit to your company.

Danny is great! He recently returned from working at another company and remembered our issues and needs. He is very approachable, knowledgeable and provides top-notch service. We've had other technicians but none pay as much attention to detail or the high levels of service as Danny.

Technician was polite, friendly & efficient. He explained exactly what was being done & what to expect; greatly appreciated. After the first visit, there were lots of dead roaches seen on the sidewalk, but now after the second visit, I see only two! This service works!!

James did a fantastic job! The 8-legged unwanted tenant in the backyard was evicted with extreme prejudice. I watched the entire extraction from my guest room window, and my peace was restored. The area is secure thanks to James!

Great company! I used them in 2022 to help with some roof rats in the attic in which they were able to capture and seal off entry ways.

He is meticulous in his work, leaving no cushion, wood, or shed we have on the sides of the house unturned. He always checks our rat traps and takes care of them. He is an asset to InsectIQ. Love my service tech, Markus! We are a new client in Oakdale. He explained everything so well when setting us up for service. But he was really great on our first service walkthrough - he was familiar with the property but checked for problem areas, suggested some service that would help keep our home free of pests and gave us some extra tips. He didn't rush, listened to all our concerns and explained exactly what he was going to be doing.

His communication before the first service was great, letting me know when our account was set up, was the charges were going to be and when our service would start. Loved getting a text message confirming date and window of time that the service would be scheduled so I can make sure my dog is out of the way and safe!
